Working with Metro Property Management has been a great experience. For all that they offer, the cost is very reasonable. We have great tenants, support with maintenance, and peace of mind knowing our rental unit is being taken care of properly in terms of lease, rent, damage deposit, paperwork, etc.Have had zero concerns and won't hesitate to add additional units if/when possible.

I have had a fantastic experience working with metro property management. Special shout out to Erin, Shona, Leanne, Brenda and Amber. They were always on the ball when it came to getting the properties cleaned, advertised, and selecting good tenants. The properties got rented within weeks of advertising. The folks were always quick to respond to my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend them to both tenants and home owners.

Living on the other side of the country I was skeptical about renting out my house in Newfoundland ( I actually considered selling) until I found Metro Property Management. After speaking with Peter I felt comfortable enough to sign on , but given it was late November I thought it would be January/ February before it would be rented. I was wrong! They had a top quality tenant moved in by mid December. Mind blown! Everyone that I've dealt with at Metro have been truly amazing. Any issue that pops up they are on it. Total stress free process. Metro Property Management is one of the best in the city. Brenda and other team members are great to work with. They have been managing my property for almost 3 years now and I have never had any complaints. My home never went without a tenant and any maintenance issues has been taken care by them right away. I highly recommend them!

I was impressed that they were more than willing to deal with clients out beyond the overpass, and at all times I felt they had my best interests in mind. Peter, Shona and the team carefully screened all applicants for my rental property, and left no stone unturned…. And they always stayed in touch regularly. Great service, the people here are professional, and very responsive, normally reply requests/questions within an hour or two. I got my property rented out within a month with their help last year. I had no problem over a year being a client here. I wish the cost was a bit lower though, but maybe it was what it took for quality service. If you can manage your home yourself to save money, it's great to do so, but if you prefer peace of mind and would like to get help from property managers, I'd recommend Metro.

Having dealt with many landlords and property management companies in my life, I can confirm that Metro Property Management stands well above the rest.Not only is their entire staff friendly as can be, but they've also given us prompt assistance whenever we needed them. We rarely had to wait more than a day to have an issue we had addressed, which made living in the property they manage that much easier.Due to unforeseen circumstances, by no fault of us or Metro Property Management, our term had to be cut short when the owners of the property were forced to sell the house. Brenda and the Metro Property team could have left it at that, but instead, they took the initiative to get us in contact with the homeowners to facilitate us buying the home we rented through them. They truly helped our dream come true!Anyone looking to rent from a team that will treat them respectfully, honestly and fairly should consider renting through Metro Property Management.

The MPM team has looked after my rental properties for over 5 years. Professional service and great communication with all departments. Leasing team has kept the properties rented, and the maintenance staff looked after any issues as they arose promptly and cost effectively. Facilitated clean up and repair of a water line break quickly mitigating any damage to the property. Assisted with the insurance claim process. Thanks to Peter, Erin and Brenda specifically. Always available to chat about any of your questions and to help find solutions based on their vast experience. I highly recommend MPM if you are in need of a property manager.

We have been living in an apartment managed by Metro Property Management for 2 years now, and we are about to sign a lease for another 3rd year,This company has been a pleasure to rent from, they are on top of their properties and care about their tenants.Any issues we have had over the past couple years all we had to do was notify them and they sent a technician or whatever applicable as soon as they can.
