M/T automotive has been my go to since opening 2 years ago. Chris managed my fleet of vehicles at his previous job. When I heard he was leaving to open his own business, I did not hesitate to bring my vehicles to his new shop. He is extremely hardworking, honest and reliable and easily the best mechanic in this area. Chris and his wife Jess at M/T automotive and their growing team have gone to the greatest lengths to help me with not only my fleet but my personal vehicles as well. When others have given up and faked their way through the issues, M/T have always gotten to the root of the problem and fixed it correctly. I will never go anywhere else. You guys have made a customer for life. Jess and Chris, you are doing an amazing job. It shows that you love what you’re doing with how hard you both work. I am very pleased with M&T they're friendly and always willing to help out their customers good job and you definitely have my business. Again you guys have saved the day!! I can't believe how fast you got my car back in for electrical issues, first time was to do with suspension. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else but to Jess and Chris and Rob. You folks know your business and it shows in your work. I recently went to this garage because my vehicle was making a noise like the wheel was going to fall off. They were able to get my vehicle in right away and had it fixed quickly. I originally took it to this garage because I had heard good things from a friend, but now in light of the service I just received I will be making it my number 1.

Came here due to a rattling noise underneath my car. It had gotten worst over time, and I figured it was a heat shield but I couldn't find it and didn't have my tools on me. Booked an appointment, went there and they had the heat shield off and taken care of within 15 minutes. Didn't even charge me anything since it was so quick. From what I saw inside, this is a proper mechanic shop, and I wouldn't hesitate to go back again.

Very happy with the service they performed on my car. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and repair right away. Excellent customer service. Reasonable prices. Will continue to use them for any of my car repairs. Thank you Chris and Jessica.

Chris and Jess are a great team. The two of them are very knowledgeable and professional. I am very picky about who I let work on my vehicles and have trusted Chris for several years now. He has always treated me with honesty and respect. Chris and Jess together provide great customer service and I know that I can count on them to keep my busy family on the road.

They always go above and beyond for their customers providing great service.Chris has been my mechanic for many years and is probably one of if not the best in the Quinte and surrounding area. Very knowledgeable, quick and precise. I’ve stopped in many times over the years to get him to check something on my vehicle to see if it was serious or not and he always gave me an honest opinion. He is one of the hardest workers I know. Not to many mechanics would come to your house at 9 at night to make sure your vehicle was safe to drive for the next day and who also did a service call for me on Saturday! Highly recommend! Since Chris and Jess took ownership of M/T Automotive we have been a customer of theirs.A couple of weeks ago they, Saved the Day."My van was packed and ready to go...I had just previously been there for my heating system. The blower needed to be replaced.At that point

I called MT Automotive and explained the issues I was having. Jessica was very friendly over the phone. I explained what my issues were and she was able to get me in very quickly. She was able to give me a quote on what I needed and was able to do most of the work that day. I came back when my tires came in and they did the work very quickly for me. The mechanic that worked on my car was very nice as well and explained things to me very well.. They went above and beyond what any other car place I have been to before have and now this is the only place I will go when I need ANYTHING done with my car. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to anyone!

For the longest time we used to go to a family run shop in trenton and when they closed down had to find another shop. The reviews for MT Automotive were amazing, and I have never been happier with any shop ever.Our car was in rough shape from trailering it for a 8hr move in the winter and then sitting in a storage facility. They were so great with us helping us with payment plan and being straight up with us when our car was unfixable. I can not tell you how much I appreciated the honestly. When we try to buy another vehicle they agreed to help us out so we dont run into major issues like the car we just had to say goodbye to.This place again is amazing and a family run vibe to it and love hearing the guys sing to their country music while working.Thankyou Jess for everything, for caring about my safety and the honestly and the help moving forward. I will miss our monthly payment meet ups too.Will continue to be coming all the time for our other car and our new one when we figure that out.
