We bought a unit on the 25th floor and had a walk through 3months ago!The counter top had a big Chip and other deficiencies.When we completed the purchase theygave us the keys and when we went inside nothing was fixed including the counter top!We paid 100% but they didn't deliver 100%Crooks that's what they are!The only thing they are good at doing is screwing people and taking their $$$.I would suggest for buyers be careful with this crooked company, their licence should be suspended!I would give them a minus zero.

Do NOT buy or rent any unit in this lumina building 2311 beta ave the front desk concierge people are completely unprofessional they have lied multiple times about different incidents and they have stolen my mail also this building is like living in jail if you have your tv on watching a movie they will harass you to turn it off it’s completely ridiculous and insane!!!!! Do not move in there it will be hell!

This building should not be given one star also !!The whole buildings heating system is messed up . In this arctic wind and snow the heating is not working at all !! And you are paying a premium for this condo as it is in brentwood !!Think twice before renting out here .
