MIC Medical Imaging - Namao 160
I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment and was greeted warmly by the receptionist. Within a couple of minutes I was in a gown, and getting my ultrasound. This was my first time getting an ultrasound, and I was quite nervous. However, the ultrasound technician was lovely and patient with me, making me feel very comfortable. I was done within 30 minutes! All in all it was a very pleasant, and efficient experience! So thank you!

Dont like how we have to undress in cubicles next to other women and MEN, and then walk to the room with the flimsy gowns. I dont like showing my legs, and it was extremely uncomfortable to walk past a gentlemen with no pants under the flimsy short gowns. Let us change in the rooms!!! Not coming back to MIC for this reason.

Unprofessional time management long times of waiting where I had to wait for 30 minutes to do a 15 minute X-ray not to mention their failure to mention that they had a scheduled service for the elevator where I insisted on having an elevator because I’m on a walker and I can’t put any weight on my left foot due to a hip surgery. I went up the elevator and went back down on the stairs hanging on the handles and on my husband

Very pleased with the staff and service. Free parking. Convenient location. Would highly recommend. They don't seem to overbook appointments, my appointments have always been in time.

The staff were great. Facility excellent. The mammogram tech needs to retrain as she was late, rushed, rough and tore the skin of my breast until it bled, then told me it happens and is normal. If you get the Asian middle aged woman, RUN!

Brought my dad here for a ultrasound on his bladder and kidneys and everything went well. The facility is modern and easy to access and get around in. It’s clean and well lit. My dads ultrasound tech was friendly and courteous, she made him feel comfortable. The experience was good

Very polite staff, acknowledged me as soon as I approached counter. Had very little wait time before being taken to change room even less time before I was taken into an exam room. The person doing the ultrasound was very efficient and effective at doing their job, made me feel very comfortable

I had an appointment yesterday at namao 160. The front staff was friendly and efficient. My wait was short. The young woman that did my mammogram was so friendly and personable. She made me feel comfortable immediately and made sure it was a good experience. She went above and beyond and I wish I got her name to write here. Thank you for being the wonderful technician you are.

I had my 12 week ultrasound today (nuchal translucency testing) and I had such a great experience. I wish I could remember the sonographers name, she was amazing, made me feel so comfortable, was very informative and had a great personality. Thank you sooo much for this experience!! I’ll remember it always!
