Great service, it actually took less time and parts than what was initially estimated and my bill was less than I expected! How many shops would be that honest? I wanted to pick the bike up on a day they were closed and the manager met me to help load it into the truck. I would definitely recommend this shop.

I brought my Triumph Bonneville in for a scheduled service recently. As I live a couple hours away I asked for and was given a convenient mid morning appointment. They began servicing my bike a bit ahead of schedule and it was completed ahead of time. Some small touches were nice, a discreet zap strap installed to hold my battery tender wire in place were appreciated. Adjustments were small and subtle but bike has run very well and smoothly since the service. Thanks guys.

I had an excellent experience at Bentley Motorrad. I was traveling back from the Yukon and needed me 10,000km Service done on my GSA. I called the day before to let them know what I needed. I was told that they were booked solid for the next three weeks, but he would check availability. I was then told to drop the bike off at a specific time and they would get it in right away to complete the service. The time worked perfectly for me, as I was coming into Kelowna for an appointment anyway, which happened to be at the same time. After looking over the bike, I was told I needed new tires, so that was taken care of at the same visit. After everything was said and done, I got discounts on the tires, advice on a few parts (which I tested on one of the staff's bikes) to make my long rides more comfortable and the impression that Bentley Motorrad will go above and beyond for everyone of their customers. I was previously burned with the customer service that Blackfoot Motorcycles in Calgary offers, and was looking for a new BMW dealership that can take care of my service on my bike. I'll be making the 600km ride every time, to make sure these guys maintain my bike. Thank you again, for the great service and support.

So I drove into this dealership as my bike broke down and they were literally leaving the parking lot. With the severity of no brakes they agreed to stay and investigate. Turned out the brake line was damaged in transport. Him and the assistant manager were kind enough to fix the issue and send me on my way with brakes in no time. Both my buddies one of whom bought his bike from this dealership and the other is now buying one from them were both highly impressed. Gentlemen, thank you for saving the day and salvaging my trip! This is the meaning of customer service in my books.

We were on a trip through BC on our r1200gs when sadly our tires developed cracks & excessive wear. Naturally concerned with long miles and our next destination being somewhat distant to any motorcycle store, Bentley Motorrad looked after us. We were able to be squeezed into their heavy schedule and after a few hours left with some nice new tires. It’s a great well stocked store, talented, knowledgeable staff and super friendly. Thankyou again for fitting us in! Highly recommend visiting and dealing with!

Shopping for a new BMW bike, the local dealer was slow to get the info together and I had to chase them down on everything, on a bit of a whim I reached out to Dave at Bentley Motorrad.Dave returned emails and phone calls instantly. He had better product knowledge and more precise information on price and availability of the new accessories than the bigger shop. He shared a passion for what I was trying to do and offered invaluable ideas and feedback on customization. We had everything figured out in two days and the order was in.Without a complaint he accommodated my unexpected last minute schedule change causing the shop to break from their standard process and do extra work. They anticipated what I’d need and had it ready before asking. Dave was always positive and helpful. His decades of experience and engaging support will save you money and improve your bike experience.

Dave's team is working hard in these difficult times. Keep up the good work.Had a tire go bad on a Saturday morning ride. Called and they had it in stock. About an hour later they had it installed. I was able to get my Saturday ride in, and only lost a couple of hours from downtime. Amazing fast service.

Honestly I have been in quite a few times. Shopped for a new bike for my dad, bought stuff from their parts counter, come in to inquire about gear, etc. and never once have I been given the impression that they are interested in being a business. Uninterested, unfriendly staff that seem annoyed in customers inhabiting their space.When shopping for a new cruiser style bike for my dad in an empty store, after ten minutes of checking the bikes out and finally asking one of the sales staff about cruisers available we got a point to the corner and a curt they're over there". Had a very positive experience. I bought a second hand bike in great condition, I flew in from Edmonton.- Great service both on the phone multiple times arranging the purchase and in person when I flew down to pick it up.- Very helpful with organizing the registration and all the paperwork.- Very helpful with last minute purchase and installation of accessories.- Very reasonable price both for the bike and the accessories.- I would for sure recommend the store and the staff, even for out of province buyers.
