Didn't end up getting a phone here but staff went above and beyond to help me find the right device and even called around to other stores to make it happen. 10/10

Aweful experience!! Avoid this location, go to Bell kiosk in Costco if you can!! They actually know what they're doing!

Terrible customer service and overcharges. I was charged for a full year at there fault and they can only comp 3 months and they admitted to being at fault. I also went to do a family plan on boxing day and for the s22 ultra it was 178$ a month for me and over a 100$ a month for my fiance and that's with returning the phone at the end of the term. There prices are not matching what they are advertising as it's advertised 25$ a month for the phone and 65 for the 50gb so how they got well over 200$ is beyond me. Guess I'll be switching from bell as 120$ a month for the last 2 years for 15gb data is a rip off and they just continue to offer trash rates.

Completely unprofessional experience! My mother in law and I went to get her a new phone on Saturday, April 22, 2023 and the employee there refused to listen to my Mother In Law’s requests about her plan and was nauseatingly trying to upsell her even though she was telling him no. We walked out and HE CHASED AFTER US trying to get the sale! We are absolutely never returning to this Bell location. Completely unacceptable behaviour.

Went in for a plan change, & walked out with a new iPhone for cheap! :) thanks again Chris!!

Horrible service!!!! Do not ever go here for anything… Trying to return a leased phone that bell told me to return the phone to a bell store… upon arrival he refused to take the phone and we called bell in the bell store and they literally asked us to try a different bell store. I felt it was our skin colour perhaps or we didn’t buy phones from him and found a better deal elsewhere. Anyway now bell emailed us forms for mailing in and we need to pay for all packaging and shipping cost to return the phone. Never lease a phone as you will pay in the long run! Also my wife asked to reboot her phone and he said he didn’t know how… So I did it after searching on YouTube. Zero help or customer service!

We bought 3 phone in a contract and there was a policy that if you are not satisfied you can return those in 15 days. I went there to return phones in 3 days. But there was a guy with specs and curly hair said he cant take back any phones back. Very disappointed. 1 phone was not even turned on. After few days i contacted with bell and told them this issue and they said i can send them by courier..I sent them and they said These phones are returnable and we will give you refund.There is no one can decline to cancel contract within 15 days of start date of that contract." So I don't understand why he did that? Very disappointed."

Horrible customer service. They cant even do. A contract switch over instore. Cause they arent authorized. To even tho it says authorized dealer right behind them. At the till. Avoid bell at all cost
