Wow! I just used google to get Falcon's number for a repair I need done. I looked at the reviews and was blown away by the Hatchet Job done by the competition. I have been in the grocery business for 28 years and have use Falcon for the past 20 years. Falcon has never done me wrong. Honest and hard working employees always willing to listen and pleasant. Very sad to see people stoop that low to tell lies. Falcon has a outstanding reputation in refrigeration business. I know all the work Falcon did for the past 20 years has been top quality and never had a complaint.Gord
