Staff was incredibly nice, no complaints whatsoever. Very happy with the experience and my purchase. Will definitely be back when I need a new pair of sunglasses.

It was a great experience buying the glass from the Sunglass hut. Pooria was really kind and welcoming. He helped me find a pair of sunglasses that I have been looking for a long time. He was really patient and has really good opinions. He knows a lot about sunglasses and gives good information about different kinds of brands. Merrick also helped us during payments and he is also very welcoming. I am very happy with choosing the Mayfair Sunglass hut branch and I would recommend buying sunglasses from this branch.

I was at this Sunglass Hut location over the weekend, and I must say that Linda Morgan was absolutely amazing!! She was SO helpful with picking me the perfect options that all suited me so well. Customer service clearly comes natural to her. She genuinely made me feel SO good about myself and I truly felt that it was authentic and honest when she would tell me how good each pair made me look. I wanted to buy all the pairs she selected for me, they all were great options and made me feel confident!! I ended up buying 2 of the pairs because she made me feel amazing about myself! I wish every salesperson made me feel this empowered and confident! Thank you a million to Linda, she was a gem !!

I am unsure what is with the strange reviews but there is a clerk there who fixed the bent nosebridge of my polarized Ray Ban sunglasses that I purchased from the Sunglass Hut in Bay Centre location. She also fixed the bent frames of an older pair of Ray Ban sunglasses I acquired from the 90s that were in my vehicle (she told me to fetch them as soon as she fixed my first pair). She explained to me she doesn't sell the parts to replace the nosebridge (plastics are disgusting yellowed from decades of use) but kindly suggest I seek out Iris (eyeglass store in the same mall) who may be able to help me.Extraordinary service without any purchase. I felt bad for not buying anything, so least I can do is leave a good review. I will go back to them when I need to buy a new pair. Worked in retail in the past so I value and always return to those who help willingly.

an acquaintance of mine has dropped about a year ago a bad experience and I WANTt to RECTIFY that experience because (the person I went with has just a really bad personality) AND, I HAVE purchased from this store a LOT of times and even the MANAGER has been nothing but, AMAZING LITERALLY AMAZING, sooo understanding and kind.. then, there's this short hair girl, I can't recall her name but, SHE IS ALSO THE BEST SALES REP, SOUL AND GAVE ME EXPERIENCE FOR LUXURY SHOPPING.. You deserved this review long time ago because you do! you ara amazing and I WILL ALWAYS COME BACK TO GET MY SUNGLASSES FROM THIS STORE. Really great customer service; she provided solutions for me to get the glasses I wanted. Very knowledgeable about the glasses. The store didn't have the glasses I wanted, but the customer service person ordered them and gave me discounts on both pairs of glasses I bought. Great in-store experience.

I recently visited the Sunglass Hut store in Mayfair shopping centre and had an outstanding experience thanks to Pooria, one of the sale advisors. He provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect sunglasses for myself, which I wanted to use for hiking and trail running. He listened carefully to my needs and preferences, and expertly guided me through the wide range of options available, and finally advised the best option (Oakley Flak XL_Trail Torch)I appreciated his extensive knowledge of the products and his patience in answering all of my questions. He was friendly and professional throughout our interaction, making me feel comfortable and valued as a customer.However, I was disappointed to discover during my visit last week that Pooria is no longer working at the store. It's sad that such a talented and dedicated sales advisor is no longer there, but I still highly recommend the Sunglass Hut for its quality products and excellent customer service.Overall, my experience at Sunglass Hut was a pleasure, and I hope to encounter more staff members like Pooria in the future.
