It was a great experience meeting with John today, called him early this morning asking his help cutting my big foam piece and he was so accommodating, asked me to come in an hour and finished my job in no time, in a very neat and clean way. The one thing I look for in a person/business such as this is integrity, in their word and in their work, John surpassed my expectation, he was met with a challenge he definitely wasn't expecting having to deal with Lazy Boy, ending up having to deal with them for many hours of frustration and many emails over a request of getting the mechanism packages to redo two identical chairs, he stayed with it and got it done. When the job was completed, I'm sure much to their relief, the lady who was assigned this remake, her skills were unsurpassed. I had chosen a tapestry with a good length of a repeat pattern, from the bottom portion of the chair, the seat cushion and the body of the chair, the pattern was matched perfectly and to top it off, I had two identical chairs and she did them side by side, identical, perfect match. so very very satisfied, thank you John and team.

We had our leather seat and arm cushions recovered recently. Since we were not having the whole sofa done, John had me go through several books for samples and then had me take them home to see how the colours matched in different lighting. The workmanship was exemplary. All the zippers lined up perfectly to the existing sofa. Now will be able to get more years from a well built sofa. Colour match is great. John and his team obviously take pride in their work. Thank you.
