counter staff were very efficient and friendly .......they are definitely reliable parts !!!!had what I needed .just wish they were open on weekends

I placed an online order and it was ready for pick up by the next morning. The prices were comparable to purchasing directly from the manufacturer as well as competitors. It worked out cheaper overall because of local pickup vs. shipping. The part seemed genuine and fit.Inside was very clean, everyone was professional. No complaints.

Worst customer service by the manager or supervisor. Who is walking around with blue safety west. Very rude, disrespectful and ignorant person. Always talking rudely with other employees. Not good for the business. I called the head office but nobody cares I guess. Never going back their again.

Customer service was great. Parts were in stock and was able to return a couple that I didn't need. Will be back if I need parts again.

Nothing wrong with this location specifically but Reliable Parts in general. I had placed an order on Oct.1 to replace my stove top because it was cracked. The approximate wait time was 5-8 business days because it was a special order item that needed to come from Calgary. I had not heard anything about an ETA to pick up from the store so I had sent an email Nov.5 and had no reply from anyone. I sent an email on Nov.8 to cancel my order and received an email within 3 minutes that the order was cancelled. My issue is not how long I was waiting for the part but the fact that their customer service is horrible. If I had an issue with the delivery or part how long would I wait for an answer then if I can't even get an update on an order. Their parts can be reliable but they definitely cannot say the same for lack luster customer service. Dealing with them was a complete waste of my time

I ordered a magnetic dryer vent by June 23 rd at 3 pm. Delivery was 1-5 business day. I accepted and ordered but they processed my order late. Because of that it will be coming by July 4 th. They do not care about customers. I called and try to pay for another one and asked them to send by using my own ups accout a one day shipping labbel(I would be e-mailing to them) to get it early they did not accepted it. I said, I will pay another one, just send it with my shipping label, when I get the other one I will send it back then you can return the money back for it. They did not do it. Between london and toronto only 2 hours now I will get my order after ordering 11 days. Terrible.Because they did not create the shipping label June 23, even it was 3 pm.

Nice enough people, but ordering over the phone is a farce... Didn't even place my order After taking my payment. Impossible wait time for parts. Not recommended

Great service, good parts availability too. All electronic, BBQ parts & accessories, and home appliances spares. They are authorized parts distributors for almost all brands...

They had exactly what I needed for my Bosch washing machine (replacement carbon brushes for the motor) fast and convenient but WAY OVER PRICED!!! $79 dollars compared to $20 on Amazon.
