The lady whom I spoke to was extremely rude. She spoke to me very politely when I walked in and when she realized I wanted to change my service provider she was no longer polite. It is a customer’s choice to discontinue the connection and they should respect that!

Came in to get a new phone & phone plan. There was a lineup of about 15 mins however the customer service made up for it. Carly was super helpful & even stayed past closing to make sure we understood all the details & were satisfied with what we purchased! We really appreciate her taking the time to answer all of our questions in full detail & her honest opinions on the products

I’ve been Fido customer for a very long time and if there is an issue with my device (tablet or phone) the staff at Coquitlam Centre’s location was very knowledgeable and helpful every time. Sometimes it’s hard to keep up with technology and there are always questions so I must mention that today I was very impressed with knowledge, patience to answer all of my questions and with excellent manners / customers skills I was very impressed with a young Fido salesperson Karina Lui such a sweet girl. Very polite, knowledgeable she is a great asset to that office.

Visiting this store seeking help on my Fido billing , my day was ruined by the rude store person named “HUSSEIN”. He behaved in disrespect for me as a senior loyal Fido customer , that incident left a negative bad experience with Fido on me.I think Fido should rather train their employed technical stores associates with some customer care respect and welcoming.

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible!Waited 4 hours on Black Friday in line and the staff promised to async change my plan and sent me home.However I had to come back to the store on Monday, waited another 3 hours, because they did not fulfill their promise.And on the next day, my plan was messed up even worse, the original deal was canceled and charges went up. I had to come back to the store again......Including the time I spent on phone calls, the total number of hours is 10+ hours on this.If FIDO takes this as an acceptable service, then I am truly speechless.

I've been with Fido for a few years now and the customer service at this location has been on the decline. The young male associate today was somewhat professional, but unfriendly and was not helpful in the sense that he didn't provide any solutions. Not sure if he was having a bad day or if it's just this new generation of workers, but yikes. He did nothing to try to help keep us as customers, just basically told us no options, didn't try to show us new phones, didn't try to look at possible offers, just basically sat there and did the bare minimum and didn't care. Very disappointing, might have to go back to Bell.

I went in today to upgrade my phone and it was my best ever Fido experience! Hussain was so friendly and helpful, taking care of everything for me. I hope he's still going to be there in two years when I will come back for another upgrade! What a lovely guy!
