I love my office rental at Basework. It is professional, quiet, clean and modern. Mike goes above and beyond to provide a tour of the space, help you select the office that meets your needs, and is always checking in to make sure things are working well. The space comes with a beautiful boardroom for booking and a kitchen with a refrigerator and coffee machine that is always stocked with Tim Hortons coffee! I am in an inside sliding office, but the natural light is still great, it comes with great furniture and is very functional. I would highly recommend Basework for anyone looking for a professional, furnished office for rent!

Basework is a great space for professionals looking for clean and welcoming office space. They are so accommodating and everyone is so friendly! They also have boardrooms that you have access to with your monthly membership! I highly recommend Basework for your office needs!

Basework is nicely laid out, and a great place to get some work done, without having your conversations overheard and screen easily visible to all the other members. It's fantastic that they've put white noise speakers throughout the space to even further reduce likelyhood of conversation drift. The offices come furnished at reasonable rates so I can just come in and get work done without worrying to furnishing my away" office. There's lots of opportunities to interact with other members who are friendly. I enjoy my time at BaseWork when I need to spend a day or afternoon focused on work

I’ve been a tenant of Baseworks for 7months and Mike is excellent to deal with. He’s always been very accommodating. The office space is new so when clients come to meet me they are impressed and say it looks professional and contemporary.

I've been in this space for several years. It is bright, spacious, always clean, and is one of the most modern spaces I've seen. The management is very easy to deal with and I would recommend these offices to anyone who is looking for office space short term or longer term.
