Staff is extremely RUDE and do not know how to speak to customers. Only went here because I heard about the liquidation sale. Will never shop here again! If I could give 0 stars I would.

I went to 2 dress shops before Theresa's and this shop was considerate, knowledgable and PATIENT!! So appreciated! Best place ever!!!!

Service was very attentive and friendly. I bought my wedding dress here and all my bridesmaid dresses as well. If I needed a formal dress in the future I would go back. Alterations were also affordable.

Great experience! The staff are wonderful and helpful. Prices are great. They are a full service bridal store, alterations were a lot less than I expected. I bought my wedding gown here. This was the fourth dress shop I went to and I went to a total of 7.

I purchased my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses from this establishment, it took three to four months for dresses to arrive. She was nice enough to take all of our measurements, once they have arrive all our bridesmaids dress were small. She ordered the wrong size for all. The owner refused that she made the error, and suggested that all ladies gain weight. Which was a shocking to hear. Once I got my seamstress to measure the dress they were smaller than expected ( they were all 2 to 4 inches smaller than the measurements she had originally taken) She suggested that we bring all the dresses back and all the bridesmaids to do the fitting (hours or drive). I refused and suggested that we will return all dresses back. She calls me back an hour later to suggest that we add a tie back. But of course with another cost and I had to pay of course. She still didn’t want to own up to the error. Another dress had three snags on it and also refused that it didn’t happen at her business. Our wedding was only three weeks away. I will not recommend this place. I feel that it was done on purpose so we can get them altered through her business. She was very nice when we made the purchases and once we had issues with the dresses, she was snobby about the issue. Thanks for your business after costing us more than what we expected. But no thanks!
