Albert Crescent Park
It’a a great little gem of a park with great views of the New Westminster bridges and sunrise, when you make it at the right time. There are benches to sit on and enjoy the view.

Small neighborhood park. Three benches on the hill top shaded by trees. Large grass area to lounge on blankets.

Beautiful place, full of life and comfortable walk. Small cafe with only outdoor seating under a shade that offers quite a few options of snacks and food like sandwiches, burgers, fish and chips and icecream. There are comfortable benches which give a nice view of the river and one can observe the usual activity of tugs and/or boats. There is a fixed-rotateable telescope to see distant areas too.On one side of the park there are two hammocks in place next to open, non-grassed play area and on the other side, there is only on small swing for children and may be one hop on exploring kind of slide. It is a nice place and I often go there on a daily basis, but, sometimes, other people smoking weed and marijuana is what bothers me too much and spoils the entire feeling of freshness that a nice evening brings with it.Teens play basketball in a small court. There is a lift that takes you down to the park from the parking lot above on Columbia Street. The stairs go alongside the lift too. But no access from up there for strollers or wheelchairs, so when the lift is not working, you will either have to walk all the way down on Columbia street or simply stay there for a few minutes and then walk back home. When the lift wasn't working; I stood up there (see picture), enjoyed the basketball game the teens were playing downstairs and focused on how long people have to wait on a railway signal- as a railtrack is right beneath. :)

An awesome park sort of hidden away yet very spacious. It is not an official off-leash park for dogs however has a great hill to run them on and many dog owners are often there playing with their four-legged friends

Great little park right down on Fraser River. Mostly only locals to the area know about it. Lacking in areas like washrooms and food vendors, but getting tended to more than in years past. Nice place to take a propane bbq and a picnic lunch down on river beach.

This is a lovely park. Beautiful view of the water and port mann bridge and skytrain. It's a little hilly so not amazing for kids to play but there are benches, some in the shade, so it makes a nice place to sit and read a book. Generally this park is not too busy and there are benches available so it's been a great find! Parking isn't that great though. The street near by is quite steep. It's easy to access from two sides and walkable from Columbia Skytrain.

A cute little spot with view of the patellu/skytrain bridge and the river.A find this a nice spot to come with my dog although there is no off leash area.I believe this park was the former site of the historical St.Anns School (but I could be mistaken on that). Regardless this area of the city is rich in history and had a lot of weird energy" if you buy into that kinda thing.A couple garbage cans would be nice!"
