Called to make an appointment one week in advance for Monday, March 05, 2017. I have been filing my taxes with the company since a few years now, so I know there is a remainder call the day before. There was none. So I called them to confirm my appointment.I wasn't even booked!I had taken couple of hours off work to be able to make it in time as they didn't have anyone scheduled for when I'd be done work. Lost my pay for the two hours.I decided to give them a chance and rescheduled for Wednesday, March 07 with 'Marcus'. I walk in, Marcus is not scheduled to work on Wednesday at all! I am booked though this time, but with someone else who is running behind schedule, so I'd have to wait for about an hour. I lost 2 hours pay at work again.All of this information is conveyed by Tanya-Lynn who is the 'Customer Relations Professional'. She has to be the worst person one would put at the front desk at any business. And that is an understatement.I am a healthcare professional, I deal with patients all day at one of the busiest clinics in town, so I know when someone is incompetent at their job.While I'm waiting there, someone else is also there waiting even before I got there, they are also booked in with Marcus.Another lady walks in, she filed her taxes with 'Jennifer', and she had come with a complaint where Jennifer had lost her T4. A TAX CONSULTANT LOST HER T4!I am not only not returning to this particular location, I am also not returning to H and R Block. I value my time and intelligence enough to know better.

Honestly the worst experience of my life. Made an appointment, waited for an hour and a half, then they told me I would have to come back... Made another appointment for next week, I'm sitting here right now as I type this and it's been another hour of waiting. Everyone seems to be completely unorganized and not know what the hell their doing. Extremely unimpressed and I'll be making a call to H&R block head office about this location

Janice was an extreme delight and helpful to work with! She was very relaxed, understanding of my situation and explained everything very clearly. My taxes were a mess! And she was a huge help, I will be returning for her help again next year.

The location that I first visited had a 3 hour wait. I called the other place in town and they said no problem and wasnt a big wait. I got over there quick and they got me in quick. The front desk person was nice, friendly, and kept me updated. Overal a really good experience.

They were trying to say I only have 1 t4 when I worked 6 different jobs on the books this year how dose this system work like weres all my t4s at

I booked an appointment today with them for filing tax. I called ahead and asked if i can make it a bit early. They refused to because they were having other peoples coming in. I understand.Later I went at my appointment time and they said they don’t have an appointment because of some website issues. Then how did they knew when I walked in the door for tax? Then they were offering drop offs. And I don’t wanna fo that. That’s why I booked an appointment. Bunch of irresponsible people working there. Thanks for wasting my time and day.
