I had a terrible experience with Volvo truck dealership Brampton recently. I went to Vision service centre Brampton location on 22nd Nov 2022 because my truck had a pan oil leakage (the leakage was covered in the warranty). They fixed the leakage & I was very happy. Before starting my trip I inspect to check under the truck & found the fry wheel plug is missing.I informed the front desk and asked me to wait while they confirmed with the work shop, after about 10 minutes they said “Sorry mechanic lost the plug and unfortunately it’s not available in the stock”. We ordered it & will inform you when its arrived.2 days later, I got an e-mail that the part had arrived. Before going to service station I did a pre-trip inspection & found oil dripped on the floor. I clicked the pictures & show to the front desk.I dropped my truck there & I got an e-mail on Nov 24, 2022 saying “Unit is leaking engine oil at the bottom of the flywheel housing, this leak is coming from the rear main seal.This is a major repair which requires transmission and flywheel to be removed”.On Dec 03, 2022 I got an e-mail “assets Ready case I’d:- 16405861”.I went to dealership for pickup my truck and they tried to charge me $ 56.10 (5.63 parts 2.40 supplies & 48.07 labour charges)for plug which was the mechanic’s mistake because of his carelessness. thank god I had the pics before or after the work & he dropped the charge with manager’s permission.I went to work, a week later in a Pre-trip inspection I see oil pan leakage again. I took the pictures and sent the e-mail to Vision Truck group but they didn’t reply.I went back to dealership on Dec 22, 2022 & that was my 3rd visit with same problem. They issued new case Id 16514102. I followed my case over the phone. They said,” the problem is oil pan bolts & it will be ready soon”. On Dec 29, 2022 I got an e-mail and saying “your unit is fourth or fifth to come back in. We are hoping to bring it in shortly. Please call tomorrow around noon”.I called the next afternoon & after holding 10-15 minutes they replied saying you are still in queue, and they suggested me to follow your case by e-mail too. I sent an e-mail asking for current status but got no reply. For almost 4 days, continuously, I have sent the e-mail for my case but no reply. Even on the phone they didn’t answer.I’m very surprised at the way they run the dealership & the lack of professionalism amongst the mechanics. I had to get more than month in trouble, waste of time because of their carelessness, ignorance, negligence.

This is for Gentleman Bill at part department.Hello everyone .I’m going to vision almost 20 yrs to get my part I know everyone working there are amazing people.But I have to say I’m very pleased and very impressed by my friend Mr.Bill at the part department .Bill has a very nice attitude, very experienced very helpful honestly there are not enough world to say .Bill even happened 2 times on his lunch break search and order a part for me .There are times that some parts are very perhaps difficult and hard to find but Bill finds them orders them for me and he give this tired man that peace of mind and comfort smile that everything and this challenge going to be ok for me .Hand down my friend Bill I really appreciate all your hard work and help along the way to all of us brother .God bless all of you .ThanksAGT

Brampton vision truck group Saturday close at 4:07 pm not 4:30.if they close at early why don't update on Google. So we wouldn't waste our time and don't come here.

Brampton vision truck team is the most expert and professional mechanics for Volvo trucks and parts. They have authentic truck parts for Volvo and Mac. I had to deal with their CSR Lucky and Jaspreet, I found them the most professional and welcoming and they were very helpful in all my queries. Very professional humans.

The individual I was dealing with had a great sense of customer service however the individual in the glasses and beanie (didn’t get his name) was very standoffish and rude with his condescending tone. visited this location in april 18 around 12:45

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ! Had truck sitting there for 30 days for engine job. They emailed me telling me they were waiting for approval when ive sent multiple emails giving the green light. After 31st day I get an email an email asking for 25 000$ deposit to start the job. Ok ...I asked why they waited 30days to ask for deposit. NO ANSWER EXCEPT SORRY LABOUR SHORTAGE. I paid deposit same day and was told job would be started asap. Next day forman " calls me asking what truck is doing in their yard . I ask him if its a joke as we just paid 25 000$ deposit to fix truck as per estimate and were told it would be done in priority. Sam tells me they have no record of unit ever being in that shop. These guys are just lost in the fog . No communication between service advisors and shop. Thankfully our sales rep Kevin got involved and we just ended up pulling out the truck and going elswhere. They charged us 3000$ for "diagnostics" and wanted to charge 100$ per day for parking even though they had the email authorising the job to be completed and just never started it and realized after 30 days of leaving the truck there. Im never ever sending another truck to their Service department. Good luck to anyone who takes their unit there for service."
