New facility great location

Although the MC told the audience they could take pictures without flash, Theresa the usher, ran down the aisle, slapped me on the shoulder and scolded me not to take pictures as the band set up. Nice. Ugly people in a beautiful setting!

It was an absolute pleasure working on this project and doing our part in Constructing History. We wanted to share some ‘before’ photos and give a brief summary.To make room for Brock University's McClaren Art Centre, MGI Construction was hired by the City of St. Catharines to demolish the site's pre-existing building. MGI Construction was responsible for the entire structural demolition of this building including the footings and foundation. Upon the completion of our demolition services, we performed environmental services to restore the health of this site and to ensure that any harmful toxins were removed before future development.

Cool space, a bit confusing to navigate though.

It's a pretty big building but it is hard to get lost with all the signs pointing to the right direction.

I want to start off by starting that I do work here. That being said, it doesn't influence my opinions or the review I am writing. I have been working here for almost a year, and throughout my time I have observed not only an incredible staff and faculty team who work incredibly hard, but do their absolute best to support the students who work and study here. As for the students, it doesn't matter if you're studying visual arts or dramatic arts. This facility is built perfect for all students to achieve their maximum potential. The entire environment both in and around the school is incredible and I'm so proud to be part of the team, and I look forward to what the future holds. I know there are some amazing things yet to come from this fantastic place.
