Prairie Summit Shop Regina / The North Face

Very friendly and knowledgable staff that do a great job of providing you with guidance when needed, but leaving you to look and browse on your own when its obvious that is what you want. In addition, their return/exchange policy and process is great. I recently bought a pair of gloves that turned out to be the wrong size once I got home and wore them for an extended period of time. I kept the tags and didn't wear them outside, and my entire trip into the store to get the correct size took less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend this place for all your winter gear needs.

Kind of a weird experience. This was my first time in the store, no one greeted me when I came in even though there was 3 staff members on the floor. I was in the store for over 30 minutes and was never asked if I needed help. The girl working looked annoyed when I asked for help with rain jackets and overall seemed to know nothing, nor could she answer my questions. The store was extremely crowded and was a little overwhelming with the amount of stuff in the small space, it did not make me want to spend much time in there. Overall not the best experience. I would recommend Fresh Air Experience down the street, similar stuff at the same price (sometimes cheaper) with super friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I have been a customer of prairie summit for years and I am always treated like a friend when I go there. The owners are so knowledgeable and very helpful. North Face products are great quality and made for function and look great at the same time

This is a great locally owned outerwear store. The staff are very knowledgeable about the products. The North Face brand is very good for our local Saskatchewan winters. I went in to buy a winter jacket to replace one that I bought here six years ago. I described the jacket and the staff member knew exactly which one I owned and was able to get me the latest version of that jacket. I definitely recommend this place!!

This is your one stop shop!! Highly, highly recommend!!!!!We went in for certain items for our honeymoon and they had everything & more!! Lots of options of quality items which is so nice!Staff is super friendly, helpful and extra knowledgeable about absolutely everything. They never batted an eye while we took our time (and we were there a long, long time lol) but we had lots of things we needed and they had it ALL!!I had two other items I wanted, not for our honeymoon, but needed to upgrade from my old gear and I found exactly what I had been searching for.Make this place your first stop when shopping for any outdoor gear- you wont be disappointed!We wish we had gone here first than running around to a million of stores that just don’t compare to this place!I got the nicest winter coat, good warm winter boots and the other exact items I needed for the honeymoon! The hubby also got all his items he needed & more!!! :)

Great store run by a great, local family. This store sells good quality gear and they have a very friendly and knowledgable staff. The store very generously supports local groups and organizations. If it weren't for the generous support of the Prairie Summit Shop, the Outdoor School program that I work with would not be able to do what it does. Thank you!

Friendly staff and fair pricing

I visited for the first time this past weekend. I was looking for a very specific North Face backpack (Fusebox) and I found it! I think it was Neil who helped me. He was friendly and knowledgeable, as well as the young girl who showed us where the backpacks were. I will sure to be back in the future.

Great spot to get all your winter and camping gear. Footwear, jackets and snow suits for all ages. Friendly staff lots of sales. They also have recycling for old unwanted apparel and footwear. Check it out.
