We booked our home inspection with Bruce and it was the best decision we made throughout the home buying process. Bruce was able to show up on short notice to make our viewing appointment work with the sellers.Bruce was knowledgeable, professional & amazing to see work in action. The report that followed was very detailed and will be extremely helpful when doing renovations around the home.I would give Bruce 6 Stars if I could. Would recommend for anyone who wants to feel comfortable with their buying decision. Will be recommending him to all family & friends looking to buy a house.

Bruce helped us to inspect the house we're going to buy. He proved to be very thorough, careful and professional. He is obviously doing more than what's required for inspection, beside the routine, he always provide useful advice on how to keep things intact. He spent decent time checking every detail he can in and out of the house. After the inspection, we have a very detail report and instructions on how to keep the house well maintained.I would highly recommend Bruce for any home inspection. You will be pleased for the service he brings.

Bruce recently did a home inspection for us at very short notice and I would definitely highly recommend him for anyone who is purchasing a home. Even though he tells you that he is very thorough, it is almost understated how thorough he is. Bruce spent almost 3 hours checking everything and offering tips on things to watch out for and how to prevent costly things from happening. His final report (35 pages) is also very thorough and also offers referrals for things you may need in the future. He is also willing to help you, at no extra cost, in the future, if you have any questions or concerns about anything related to the home. We really appreciated the tips and advice from this highly experienced home inspector. I have a feeling that homeowners and agents who are selling their home may not be too fond of his thoroughness...all the more reason to hire someone like him. Thanks again Bruce!!

Bruce managed to inspect our home on very short notice, and he did a fantastic and through job. We had mold concerns, and he offered great advice and preventative measures, and found other areas of concern to bring to our warranty's attention. As a first time home owner, I appreciated Bruce's friendliness and willingness to share advice and expertise above and beyond the call of duty. If you're looking for a home inspector, stop looking and just give Bruce a call now. As first-time homebuyers we were a bit unfamiliar with what to look out for, but Bruce was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to answer all our questions no matter how big or small, and also pointed out many things we would've otherwise missed. He was incredibly thorough during his inspections, and even our realtor was so impressed they began referring Bruce to their other clients. Bruce provided an inspection for me and gave a highly detailed account of issues as well as strategies to improve the property. He is highly professional, detail oriented, and expert in his knowledge.
