Shoppers Drug Mart

Went to shoppers to grab a whole lot of vitamins but my young daughter needed to use bathroom, rude old lady named Betty at the pharmacy arearefused to let us use it so we left without spending our usual $500+ vitamin stalk up super disappointed and moving my business to another shoppers even if we live very close by

This review is for this location's post office. Today is June 1st at noon. The attendant (Jing) at the post office was nothing short of lazy. I had two packages that I put on the counter. She asked me to put them one by one on the scale so that she could scan each. Then I was asked to put the packages in the bins to the left.Honestly I don't know why she didn't want to touch the packages. Since she had NO issue serving the person ahead of me. However there comes a time when the person accountable for the job needs to actually DO the job.Note to Shoppers - This is a training opportunity. Erica from the Major Mackenzie & Bayview location is amazing. Cross train Jing with Erica. Just a thought!

Worst pharmacy experience that I've ever had. I literally only needed the pharmacist to hand me a product that was on display behind the counter. There were two of them chatting in the back and neither one felt the need to serve nor let alone acknowledge the fact that there were customers lined up in need of assistance. I highly recommend going to a different location for your pharmaceutical needs.

i came here for the postal service. The staff is very friendly and efficient. This location is very convenient the only thing I don't like is they don't have 4 litre milk.

They put items on the shelf when you go to scan there's no price they call another staff to check into it and they are equally clueless . Left store without purchasing. Wow 2.4 google overall rating. Lowest shoppers rating I have ever seen I guess it's a consistent thing for them.

Good for buying necessities, thumbs down for every other service.Shoppers is always great for a quick stop to buy shampoo, toiletries, what have you, but their customer service could be better.I went to their pharmacy to book a COVID test for an upcoming flight in a week and a half. When I asked the lady at the front if she could help me, she was very rude. She kept raising her voice to tell me that I couldn't schedule a test, but didn't explain why or offer me any other options, just yelled at me as if I was a nuisance. I asked when it was possible for me to schedule a test and other questions, like if I could come back another time to schedule one, and again, she was just super rude. Eventually, after fishing for answers, she told me I had to come back a couple of days before my trip and I can just walk in to do a test (but mind you, she also said that if there are too many people in line that day, it might not be possible to do the test, which is why I wanted to book an appointment in the first place to make sure I can guarantee the test). So after a curt goodbye from her, I decided it wasn't worth it and went someplace else.TL;DRJust a really poor customer service experience from the pharmacy staff. All my other experiences from before this one has also been similar, but this really takes the cake. I would go back to shoppers to buy daily essentials, but not much else.

Nothing wrong with this location, just a bit dated and parking lot is always full due to next to T&T.I was going to grab some eggs at T&T and the line up was crazy on Saturday afternoon. So I went into shoppers hoping to grab some eggs but sadly they don’t carry since they are right next to a supermarket.

This is the most horrible experience that I have ever had with shoppers store. The old lady at the drug counter was rude and not patient at all when I asked for a over counter drug , she told me there is no more. I asked her again , she was very mad and said that I already told you no and don’t you think I will lie to you? Then a few seconds later when she glimpsed again, she found one, I finally got the drug I got but with this kind experience???????!!!!!!I really doubt that this lady got trained before she came to work? And highly recommend this lady to be trained again. I would not recommend anyone to go to this store to buy anything from her…..

I had to write a review about this location since I've experienced this at least 5 times now. The lead pharmacist (Vicky Wong) is not only incompetent, but extremely rude as well. This also applies to other pharmacy staff I've interacted with in the past. Getting a prescription refilled here is the equivalent of pulling teeth.I called in a few weeks ago to get information on a prescription and when/where I can pick it up. She cut me off multiple times, made multiple condescending comments, and didn't realize she was giving me incorrect info because she assumed she knew the answer to my questions without giving me the chance to finish my sentences.Today I called in because I couldn't process my refill online and it said I needed to contact the pharmacy. I was trying to understand the differences between brands, product availability and she kept contradicting herself in providing info while she was trying to up-sell me. She was also reluctant to explain the differences between my existing prescription and the upgrade which wasn't very helpful. I tried to clarify the contradiction and she snapped and said it's our policy" multiple times. Then she hung up the phone after saying bye multiple times. Instead of going through the headache of calling back - I decided to write my first Google review and take my business elsewhere.I strongly recommend any other pharmacy except for this one. -1 out of 5. I went there to fill prescription. Only 1 assistant and 1 pharmacist for the entire pharmacy. The assistant was constantly talking over the phone and the pharmacist was trying to make extra money by giving vaccine to people. I waited one hour to get my medicine. Staffs were rude. I tried to talk to them and ask questions. They didn’t even look at me or serve me as a customer. I will never come back to this store and fill any prescription from shopper drug mart.
