Super friendly staff. Patient and knowledgeable. Julian helped us out and made sure everything worked out. It’s hard to find good customer service these days but these guys were really good even when it was busy. Thanks again.

They told me if I buy a controller and want to return it within 30 days I can ( even if it’s been opened). So I bought it for $83 (with taxes) and after like 6-7 days I noticed I haven’t even used it other than one time, so I go to the shop and tell them I’d like to return it and I show them the receipt and they denied to return it and said they would only give me $18 store credit! We were lied to and they didn’t even return our money im very disappointed with them someone needs to take a look. I’m very very unimpressed with there services

I've always loved Gamestop (EB Games, Electronics Boutique). The south store has lots of toys and collectibles that aren't at all the other locations.

Had a great time at the Pokemon Trade and Play event! I'm still pretty new to the game, but it was a really nice and fun environment and overall great experience (and the deals were pretty good too!). Would definitely come back if another Trade and Play event came through in the future.

Super friendly staff, bought a console and didn't have the higher tier for the eb games card but the bumped me up since I was spending more and helped me save a few dollars. Very helpful with any questions I had.

Awesome customer service, great selection of new and used video games for various consoles. They also have an awesome selection of anime figurines, plushies, Funko Pops, and board games, among other things. This store has a nice selection of apparel as well, and other memorabilia.Overall, this is one of my favorite stops in the Southland Mall.
