Bought a car from them mid January nice car or so we thought. Been having issues ever since. Been in contact with them. They agreed to pay for me to take it to Saint John Hyundai for a test which they payed for. Come to find out the engine is going and needs a new one. Keep in mind they just sold us this car. I've tried to get someone to call me and no return call. Saint john hyundai has done more for me then these guys. Very poor customer service. They wouldn't even cover a rental when my car goes in for repairs. Wouldn't reccomend this company to anyone

I will never in my life purchase a vehicle from this place. Been 2 weeks, still no ownership paperwork which nearly got me a huge fine and car almost got towed.I had a trade in, I sent them the pay out on the trade in and they still have not paid that. It's now been 12 days since pay out was sent to them. I'm now paying two car payments while I wait to get this matter in court.I was told I would be getting 2 grand cash back in the glove box. I still haven't received that yet either.Do not go to this place for a vehicle.

I was already on a budget and stressed out trying to find a vehicle and everywhere I went was giving me a hard time trying to figure out what vehicle would be best for my needs. Then I came here and met Julian Thomas, he set me up with the right truck without offering something way out of my budget and not pressuring me to purchase something I won’t need. Best customer service, friendly and very knowledgeable person who takes their time in finding you the right vehicle. 10/10 and I will be back in the future to get my girlfriend a car!!!!!

they are so unorganized. I had three agents telling me three different things. Thought I was dealing with one agent who did a credit check Which I was approved for. Never heard from him for a week then another agent called me thinking he has taken over he does another credit check so now I have two credit checks which messes up my score. They seem very shady. Be very careful. there are a lot of better places out there now without having to deal with them!!!!!!!

I'll never buy from this place again. 45000.00 truck broke down the first week . Then broke down 2 time s more traveling south . Warranty they provided didn't cover nothing. They didn't even inspect the vehicle before dropping it off to me. Fog lights didn't work, heated seats an bumper censer manifolds shifting linkage.. all failed.

Very poor service. Done a trade in with these guys and they never paid of the remaining for the trade in which they said they would do now 2 payments is coming out of my bank one for my truck and the other on the new one . Don't believe anything they tells me . They said they will take care of it and still know one got back to me . Not good enough
