The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and take the time to offer their help. I booked appointments with Dr. Chen for myself and my 3 kids, and was very impressed with her knowledge and efficiency, and her rapport with both adults and kids. She was very thorough when answering our questions. Looking forward to our next checkup with her!

I was referred to Dr. Allison Wright by Rena from Just4Eyes. Not only was the team at the clinic amazing, their technology is top of the line. I did have some changes to my prescription, and the team faxed it over to Just4Eyes.During my exam Dr. Wright noticed a spot on my retina, and told me she was going to send it off to Dr. Paul Mitchell at the Mitchell Eye Centre...Yikes!Moral of this story is Dr. Wright was amazing, the team was amazing, and their quick action got me into a specialist two days later!In short - get your eyes checked - by this team!

This place is totally waste of our time. Best to try someplace else. Their behaviour is reckless and unreal. Will never recommend this place to anyone. Puzzled at their sheer audacity to treat customers like that.

Best optometrist ever! Highly recommend Dr Allison Wright she is the best optometrist I've met! She is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and her team, especially Roxanne are amazing workers. So happy to find this place. Highly recommend to everyone! Definitely worth a long trip!

Dr Wright is fantastic! My daughter came in for her first eye exam in a long time mainly because she doesn’t like new people and get uncomfortable in doctors offices but the from the front end staff to dr wright herself my daughter had an amazing experience!!

Front office staff were great and welcoming. I booked an eye exam with Dr. Alison Wright. She was very thorough and knowledgeable on lasik, & contact wear. The team is great, I highly recommend them.

The eye doctors here are wonderful, although I cannot say the same about the front desk staff. I found their customer service skills to be poor and not very friendly.I showed up without wearing makeup due to my busy schedule and although I appear young - I am much older than I look. I was treated like a teenager and reprimanded for forgetting to bring in an eye contact for the appointment.Although the purpose of the appointment was to check the fit of the contact, I had already finished the test package and had no complaints. I had no issue so my intention was to purchase the contacts I had tried.My experience is a good reminder that you should never treat clients differently - whether they are in office attire or sweatpants.I will be seeking a different clinic unfortunately.

I have been with this group of doctors for a while now. I had kids and they also go here. Amazing with kids!Exceptional care when I called and needed urgent care for my 2 year old after a snowball fight with his brother.Thanks for all you do for our family.

Been going here for years and I'm never disappointed. Friendly staff and they always make time to answer all my questions. Lol just come extra early due to parking

Dr. Winnicki is fantastic. Very professional and thorough with a nice manner.All the staff are very friendly and great with our kids. We are taking our whole family there now.Was running on time which is always appreciated.Would recommend Lathrop and associates to anyone.
