Triple O's Chevron Scott & 86th

As usual the food was not White Spot standard. The owner of the restaurant is trying to cut costs by not using as much of the signature mayonnaise. The burgers are dry and not as good as Burger King. They use to be the best burgers in BC, not anymore. It makes me sad to think another BC product is being cheapened.

This place is a bang for your buck, as in you get what you pay for. Got a veggie burger and yam fries for $18 from a fast food drive through. Yeah it was $18 dollars good, but it wasn’t a steal. If you’re not in a rush I recommend a proper restaurant for the same price for the fresher ingredients

Great food the restruant is looks good the service was great though the price was on the higher end their milkshakes are very pricy

My wife and I went to this Triple O's recently . I was surprised that Raj recognized us (it had been at least 3 months since we were there )She greeted us warmly and took our order. The food was fast, fresh and very enjoyable. Raj came to our table to make sure everything was OK .This level of service is very rare these days. We highly recommend this place.

Worst experience ever . Staff doesn’t have a courtesy of talking . Lack of hospitality from the staff and the manager seem to be busy with the phone . I think this store should change the staff due to improper management

Horrible drive thru service. I ordered a burger and pickle chips. First of all the burger wasn’t put together… it was messed up.. it was like they just threw the patty, salad and buns in the bag. And the pickle chips were all over as well.. that spoiled my car seat too.Second the girl didn’t even bother to hear what I was saying when she was handing me the order. She shut her window right after and then I knocked on the window: Nobody answered.You need to train your staff for better customer service. Service on other cheap fast food restaurants are far better than Triple O’s… considering your expensive burgers.

I went to this on 7th November around 6pm in the evening for pickup of Uber eats order. Firstly the Manager Karam ( who don’t even deserve to be an associate) was seems lost in gossiping with other associate. When I asked for order, she didn’t listen and starting yelling where is your thermal bag. I said I don’t usually take out as I leave in car because I had other order too in there. I said give it to me I can put it in thermal bag in my car but she declined my request. She was so aggressive and lost her cool and declined my order. Thats what you expect from managers who cannot even control her anger. The owner of this store should be ashamed of her and can you please show me policy where it is written your Manager can cancel order intentionally. She made me wait and when I brought my spare bag , she yet again declined while talking on phone and pointing with nonsense gestures. Karam should be working in Cleaners. She doesn’t deserve to be manager. It was my first time going there and would never go there just because of her. It’s for all the delivery people beware of her. Just to calm her anger and just because she is a manager , she thinks she is a God and can do anything. Don’t pick up any delivery requests from this store otherwise you will end with having terrible day. Pure nonsense. Kudos to owner who saw wonderful qualities in her to be a manager. Keep her doing this work and keep losing customers. Wonderful work.

Worst experience i ordered cookies and cream milkshake and got another one .. like guys are you that busy that doesn’t know which order is right and wrong. Seriously i waited an hour for my order through door dash and i see wrong irder seriously guys .. such a bad service.

Today at 3:45 PM May 5th tuesday. I ordered 5 triple o tuesday burgers. I got 4 original and 1 original burger with combo! I come home to find that I only got 4 burgers! Also ALL THE burgers were BURNT!I should have checked. This is the second time where they had forgotten a burger. THE FIRST TIME I checked I had almost just driven off the property, and they seem to have no care in the world! How is this acceptable?Edit: I called in at 3:59pm to inquiry, the lady was apologetic and offered compensation next time I visited. Though I am a bit peeve. I appreciate the help.

I had their Nashville chicken sandwich and it was not good. It was just a fried chicken patty drenched in what tasted like Frank's hot sauce, no actual seasoning. Would not recommend
