Had an excellent experience at the Ajax location. In and out quickly with Covid guidelines adhered to. Staff did a great job matching the paint color. As an added bonus, I received 50% off paint for being a CAA member. Sale is until August 9th.

Great Experience! I dealt with Cameron and Jim(manager) on one occasion. Best customer service and I've ever had purchasing paint and paint supplies.

Had the best experience at this Dulux store today with Cameron! Cameron was very knowledgable about all the products and went out of his way ensure we were purchasing the correct products. He pointed out deals that would save us money, and made invaluable recommendations. He even carried our paint to the car! This was my first experience at a Dulux, and will definitely not hesitate to go back for all my painting needs. Thank you Cameron!

Super friendly, well stocked, great discount for CAA members. I was very happy to pick up some Dulux ceiling paint here. The paint is actually just 'ok', but the store was super.

Today, Cameron (never met him before) helped with paint I needed at the best value for my money. He was remarkable in his politeness, communications, and creative passion to get new paint to match the old-this guy takes paint matching" seriously. I'm a contractor that does a ton of interior and exterior painting. This location is my home store. Jim and his staff provide amazing service and product knowledge. Having run corporate paint stores for much of my career I can say this location in Ajax is top notch. Keep up the good work guys!

While they may know how to match a colour they are not very helpful. Another Dulux paint store screwed up our colour match, they made a big deal about loosing the colour that we got. If I was happy with that colour I would not be asking to get it fixed. Bottom line was I had to go back to the store that can't match Dulux paint colours and get them to screw up again. If you need paint to to Sherwin Williams. IUpdate. I went to the orignal store and a different worker was able able to get the exact colour without needing a new can...all she did was the math on the change in tint. Both cans came out perfect. The Ajax store just wanted to sell product and have you deal with the mess. So shameful, and environmentally reckless.

Had a great experience here with my wife buying paint during their BOGO sale. A lot of the paint supplies were way cheaper than at a big box shop which I was surprised with. We bought the lifemaster paint and were really happy with it. No fumes or lingering smells which was exactly what we wanted.The staff were super helpful and patient, it probably helped that we were the only ones there haha. I believe one of the girls was Liz and the other girl (I can't remember her name) with the brown complexion were intelligent and knew what they were doing. We were doubtful about our paint colour so they took the time to check the paint and re-tint as necessary since we used a Benjamin Moore colour to match.Great job to the staff, the location is super close to home. The only thing I would recommend is more fans for the staff. They were having a tough time in the sweltering summer heat but were still managing. I definitely did appreciate the free cold water and tea though!

Kent the manager is very supportive, I go there for all my paint. Great paint to work with, they even have a premium brand DIAMOND, but I use their life style Brand
