Great value. Plenty of leg press machines. It is the best Fit4Less location in Windsor based on size, location and variety of machines. This location also has full locker rooms with showers and sauna. I see a lot of reviews complaining about the smell. Makes me want to finish my workout quicker tbh. This is not one of those boutique gyms.

Me and my partner have been going to this gym for about 3 months now, it is fine for ourselves however most staff do not create a welcoming environment, never saying hello or goodbye. Much to our surprise and disgust, in the upstairs workout area today, an elderly lady who disclosed she was almost 80, asked my boyfriend to teach her how to work the treadmill and the bike machine. She told him that she asked for help downstairs and was told someone would help her upstairs, where there are never any staff?After he was finished helping, which took all of 5 minutes, we went downstairs to complain as paying customers shouldn’t have to help but moreover, staff should have the common decency to help an elderly woman, and anyone for that matter who has questions about the machines. The staff member at the front, Robert lll, seemed very uncomfortable when we asked to speak with the manager. He informed us she wasn’t there at the moment. We proceeded to tell him the situation in which he responded “we don’t do that here”, assuming that she was asking for personal training, when it was her first time here and just needed some assistance. He seemed very dismissive of the situation, asked when the lady was here and when we told him it was just 5 minutes ago, he said only him and his manager would have been at the front desk.If you’re looking for a gym that’s able to help with the most basic of tasks or answering simple questions about machines on their first day at the gym, don’t go here. Clearly no regard for safety or compassion.

Fair prices, staff are nice and welcoming. If you get the black membership, you get access to the entire gym which is really spacious and has plenty of equipment. Lots of squat racks, benches, leg presses, etc. The only thing is there's just 1 hip thrust machine and the smith machines don't go low enough to hip thrust on them.

Always clean, and people mind their business. Never had an uncomfortable feeling at my plus size.

Horrible customer service. Went into tan and they told me I need goggles and that they sell them there. I said OK cool I’ll buy some and they took them out and then told me that they could not sell them to me because they already shut the machine off for the day and didn’t want to turn it back on. So I couldn’t tan because somebody was lazy.

Not in great shape and I couldn’t figure most of themNo space for ground exercises. No open floor. No turfMany common modern equipment are not present.Many dudes are working out without shirtOverall ambiance is not exciting and friendlyEquipment are placed not in the best convenient way.

I already have a membership and I went to purchase tanning goggles (required)and they wouldn’t accept cash. I didn’t bring my debit or credit card with me so I was discriminated against and turned away for having cash. If you are allowing people with no masks to breathe on each other in a gym you can’t say that you aren’t accepting cash because of Covid. You are just lazy . Poorly run company with rude staff.

Staff at this location need a refresher in basic customer service. Rude and lazy, never at front counter when you need them. Can't even use proper phone manners or be friendly when calling.Most F4L gyms are decent but this staff and location are making me cancel my membership. Honestly a run down s***hole.

I joined this gym just a little over 6 months ago and I am so glad I did . The staff at this location is super friendly and helpful. Definitely deserves 5 stars !!!!
