I love Beach Hill Apartment. Nicest apartment I’ve ever lived in. Beautiful suites, super clean and modern I’ve been here for 18 months and will be here for a while longer. Amazing location too. .

This is the best rental apartment condo one should really consider in Upper Beaches. Very clean and a decent apartment with super fast and friendly service . Joy and Ginalyn do their best to keep the tenants feel comfortable and happy all the time. I would definitely recommend this rental property!!

Very good place to live. Property management team Ginalyn and Joy have been very helpful all the time. Joy consistently provided same day service for all requests regardless of request category. Both of them helped us during move out as well. I would definitely recommend this for rental.

My Wife and I loved the building, the location and the neighborhood. Also, under the administration of Real Star, we had a great experience, first with the Rebeca an Andree as administrators and later with Gina, Joy and Tanya, the Maintenance and services of the building were never an issue. The commitment and friendly attitude, were always a high-light of living on the building. We will definitively rent again :).

The management here is outstanding ! My filters in my apartment AC needed to be changed as it was super warm , i own brachycephalic dog that needs to stay cool at all times so this specific situation is very stressful for a pet owner! I sent an email to Phillip ( Resident Manager) and to my surprise he sent someone from maintenance to have it fixed right away. I've lived in a handful of condos/apartments and these things usually take a while to be resolved.

I was the very first tenant to move into this building in October 2016. I was very impressed from the moment I moved in. The building has always been very clean, the management team have always been wonderful and the units are as advertised! The area has everything you could want and it is wonderful for people who love to be outdoors, as it is close to trails and the waterfront. After living there for 5 years, I decided I needed a place with a few extra bedrooms however, had it not been for that, I could have seen myself there for a very long time. I would recommend this building to anyone!

Property management has been great the whole time I've been here whether its the former managers Ginalyn and Joy or the new manager Philip, I've always received very quick, efficient responses to maintenance requests. The building is well taken care of and a great place to live.

My partner and I have been living here for over 3 and a half years (moved in at the beginning of January 2019) and have loved it ever since. The building is modern with very suitable amenities and everything is always well maintained. Our previous property managers Rebecca and Andre were fantastic and the current managers, Ginalyn and Joy, are also wonderful. They are friendly and accommodating and contribute to a warm and welcoming building environment. We are so happy to call BeachHill Apartments our home and would recommend this place to everyone.

Thank you Gina and Joy together with the entire beachhill team for making our living in our apartment feel like home as it was the same with Rebecca and the husband. I couldn't send this review as I left for the UK but now that am back I feel like I owe you lot one of the best reviews in Canada.I will say it this way from day one I move in the building starting from being helpful, understanding maintenance of the entire building was perfectly executed and more missing you two as you were my great neighbors.
