I hate that this is the closest full service Tim Hortons to me. Coming here for 1 coffee means I need 20 minutes on hand. I feel for the workers, customers are obviously always upset and management probably has them constantly in high stress situations. I hope management improves the efficiency of this locations

This Tim Hortons has, by far, the SLOWEST service in all of Pickering.Every single time my wife and I have visited, there is a huge line up at the drive through, which does not seem to move efficiently. We thought to avoid a long wait, we would go inside and order in-person which is not any better but a bit faster than going through the drive. Going inside everytime is sometimes not worth it especially during snow.Our order is black coffee, it doesn't get simpler than that and yet we find ourselves waiting a minimum 10 minutes every time we visit.

Food is made poorly, service is rushed and management is rude to their employees in front of customers. I will not be returning to this establishment, there are other restaurants that could use the support from our community. No care for customer experience or attention to the quality of food they are preparing.

It's just such an average tim Hortons... I'm pretty frustrated over relatively sub par services every time I go but I'm finally wring a review over the fact that I've dealt with the constant annoyance of not putting the lids properly on the drinks... I'm not talking only a part attached but several times I've had my lids fall off while doing hand offs at the drive through... it's not a huge deal I just hate having my drinks spill when putting them in my car because the lid just falls off. Otherwise I do enjoy the food not much wrong with thar other than presentation sometimes

The wifi in this store is a total joke. No web serving, no video streaming and i could not even download voice messages from Whatapps. It only allows text messages and emails. Come on, this is 21st century and wifi is cheap and available everywhere. It took me 36 mins to get there on foot and i expected to enjoy a good snack and wifi. I won't go there again and advise you not to either.

Ordered an egg sandwich and they forgot the egg. Didn’t realize until it was too late. Next day I told them and all they did was credit me $1 for a missing egg. I come here every morning and they couldn’t comp me 1 sandwich? There’s a McDonald’s down the street and that’s where I’ll be going from now on.EDIT. Returned foolishly. Ordered a bacon egg English muffin. I was given a sausage on a biscuit that crumbled as soon as I opened it. Ownership ought to be ashamed of themselves.

Before using the washroom, check for toilet paper especially in the evenings !If going to the counter to ask for some toilet paper, Wendy says they can only provide toilet paper for men washroom & Tim Hortons says they will only provide toilet paper for the women's washroom, empty liquid soap dispensers too !!

I ordered a chicken bowl and after receiving it through the drive-through, I realized that the rice was hard and cold so I parked and went back inside to let them know. I was immediately blamed and rudely told that it was cold because I asked for extra sauce on it and because of the lettuce that comes with it (although I knew that was not why). They reluctantly made a new one in front of me and I was clearly able to see that the rice sitting in their container did not look hot or fresh. I received the new bowl and went back to my car to find that the rice itself was once again cold. I didn’t end up eating it and was very surprised at their lack of decent customer service.

I ordered a specialty cold brew today and received just an iced coffee (not a huge problem) but it was absolutely disgusting, no ice and an inch of caramel sauce sitting on the bottom, barely any cream and even tho there was no ice it tasted extremely watery? Very weird and very gross

Now the slowest drive thru in Durham. Not sure what happened. They used to provide much better service.Looks like a new cost savings measure is being implemented by providing only partial eggs. Worst part is that this is not a one-off situation.
