H2FLO is the best! Have used them a couple times now to fix stuff for our condo board, neighbours and to replace my hot water element,. They were super responsive, very reasonably priced and did everything the right way the first time out! Don’t hesitate to contact Tyler & his amazing team!!

110% I'd recommend these guys over and over - they did an amazing job completing our steam shower and bathroom!!We told them what we were wanting, the look that we were trying to achieve as well as our budget and they brought it to life. Our bathroom is a showcase and we honestly couldn't have done it without their help.Thank you H2FLO Plumbing for making our home even more special than it already was!

My husband and I booked for a tap to be installed outside of the property in the garden . The engineer came and decided to install the tap in the kitchen at the front of the house . This was not logical as a house could be attached to the tap that was already there in the kitchen . We specifically asked for the tap to be installed in the garden .He then wanted to charge us £50 for his mistake . I explained that was not what we asked for . He later agreed a lower fee and left our house with 2 wholes in the front of the kitchen . He told us we could fill this with cement. He acknowledged his wrongdoings then we received an aggressive message from the manager , saying we had wasted his time .

Luc is one of the hardest working and most dedicated people I know. You will not be disappointed in the work he does!

If I could give lower stars I would . Absolutely beyond disgraceful service provided . They had fixed a thermostat on the boiler and done some plumbing in the house I moved into ,however within a few weeks of moving in the boiler never produced any hot water so the wiring was all done wrong which the plumber who I actually hired to fix the job informed me .That’s not even the main issue ,extremely unprofessional as I was calling to get someone in to have a look , they told me they would come on Monday , which I confirmed in the morning , however no one showed up I called 4 times with one hour intervals no answer , I left numerous msges that were ALL read but no response to any msges or emails or voicemails . I don’t think I’ve come across a more horrible service to date . Disgusting . I had taken off work early to be home to get this sorted and they didn’t have the basic courtesy to even say they can’t make it .I guess since the wiring was done wrong to begin I’m glad I went with a different plumber . I would recommend to avoid this company under all costs .

I will always use H2Flo for all my plumbing needs and would definitely recommend. They are always quick to respond when I need them, and complete their job quickly and professionally, while cleaning up any mess! I will be using H2Flo to complete my upcoming bathroom renovations because I trust them over any other company!

I've used H2Flo on numerous occasions including basement and kitchen renovations, new hot water tank, and sump pump. The team is very friendly and knowledgable. They show up quickly and get the job done for a fair price. Would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Like someone else said: pretty expensive. May make sense for larger jobs, but for small ones: be sure to ask about the drive-out fee (it's up there vs. others). $200 for a <15-minute disassembly job; non-emegency request; driving distance: city core :/

We recently had a water leak issue in our condo in Edmonton. A friend recommended H2Flo Plumbing and they absolutely lived up to the high recommendation. They were quick to respond and set up an appointment. They arrived on time, got to work quickly, identified the problem, fixed it with little fuss at a very fair price. Luc and his team were both helpful and knowledgable. We have used them twice now and would not hesitate to call them again should the need arise. Thank you Luc and team, amazing work!
