I've used Cooke and sons for several years now. The owners are hands and communicate well. I've had an AC Unit and Generator installations and continued servicing and maintenance. Great service and work, employees always clean up after they finish which I can't say for all trades and services we've used. Top notch company, highly recommended!

I have been using Cooke & Sons for the last few years. They have made house calls to my rental property and fixed my furnace and replaced a furnace at my primary residence. We look forward to having there electrical division install pot lights and complete a renovation for us next month. Great owners and friendly crew members. Would recommend time and time again.

I found Cooke and Sons in a neighbourhood Facebook group as he had some very positive recommendations, and rightfully so. This is the second residential AC unit we had installed, and it went perfectly. Steve Cooke was very responsive to questions / concerns and even went to Costco to pick up the thermostat that I wanted. His crew was timely, friendly and did not leave a mess. Overall, we are very impressed with their service, product and professionalism. It’s also great that they have their own electricians. We were in a bind after coming home after the holidays to a broken and leaking water tank. After having multiple companies either fail to show up or other issues, we found Steve/ Cooke and Sons on a community Facebook group. We are so glad we did. Steve was prompt to respond to my request for a water heater and had one for me within a day right after the holidays which is a busy time. He communicated with us well, was very punctual, professional and thorough. He really came through for us ! We were very pleased with the customer service and Steve as a person/ owner of the company. I would highly recommend using Cooke and Sons mechanical, I know we will for future projects!
