Worst Tim hortons I have ever been to. Staff is rude, insensitive and probably need a course in customer service.The Quantity of wedges and dipping that we have received was less then half then we get normally. When we requested, they argued that they have been giving this amount since last two years which means they have not been serving proper food. I myslef have worked with tim hortons for more the 1.5 years and I have never treated a customer like this, instead I have always corrected my mistake and apologized for it.

If I could rate a zero I definitely would this was one of the longest wait in the drive thru and once you pull up to the window to pay you don't even get greeted with a hello, or have a great day , employee didn't say a word! Will never be back to that location.

Waiting for a long time, no respect for your time and you as a customer, after 30 min, I got wrong order, complained, got such a rude answer and expression, worst experience ever I had in tim hortons

I usually don't leave bad reviews but time after time I've had nothing but bad experiences at this Tim Hortons. I had a black curly pubic hair on my bagel and when I brougut it back to ask for a new one the lady laughed at me and took 17 minutes(I timed it) to replace my bagel after i had just waited an extremely long time in the drive thru. And everytime you go through the drive thru your there for atleast 25 minutes so make sure you get gas before you go to get a coffee... I hope the owner sees this and you try to fix your location.

Staff is unbelievably rude. I ordered an egg and cheese Farmer's wrap and asked them to please make sure there was no meat in it. The person taking my order in the drive-thru responded with if I punch it in with no meat

I don't know why this Tim Horton's is so chaotic all the time. I've heard staffing issues. So maybe instead of being open 5am - 9pm, staff properly at peak hours and shut down during slow times. Maybe it's an hours of operation issue?

My husband and I are a new couple to Brechin. Due to traveling to work and being our little leisure we stop at Tim’s several times a days between the both of us. I’m also not one to complain or write reviews but felt this is happening too often.All my husband and I order are coffees. That’s it…And somehow over a $2 purchase can be such a terrible experience. They always make it incorrect as if they’re not even listening when all you ask is to be made with milk they still do cream. The staff are talking so much drama about other team members at the window. They give my coffee over made incorrectly and leaking all over, I asked for napkins so I can wipe it and still get attitude. Also shouldn’t be waiting in drive thru for 20 mins.I love Tim’s as it’s my go to when I’m not near Starbucks however the staff need to be trained better here. Don’t get me wrong I’ve had a few that were great customer service but that is SO rare that I see them. Management should train better the staff. I understand they’re understaffed but that’s no excuse for poor customer service. I wouldn’t even wait that long at Harvey’s for a fresh burger.Offer incentives to your staff monthly or raise increase. Perhaps the staff need a little drive and a compensation for the best performance each month. Just suggestions.Just a local customer who’d like her coffee make correctly without attitude.

Ordered a London Fog and received a regular earl grey tea with milk. The sandwich was as expected which I would say is a good thing for consistency. Between 1 star for the drink and 5 for the sandwich I think a 3 star review is fair.
