Kate is an incredible counsellor - as a fellow counsellor, I have sent many folx her way for EMDR, couple’s therapy, hypnosis, and holistic nutrition support, and I always hear the most wonderful feedback. I am so thankful to have Kate as a colleague who I can rely on, consult with, have a laugh or even a cry with as needed, and if you want a counsellor who is going to care deeply, spend all the extra time working out how to best support you, and make you feel so safe and seen, she’s your gal.
