Absolutely awesome commercial vehicle service and support. Staff goes above and beyond to do whatever they can to help. Plus the most up to date vehicles already upfitted for the job.Only suggestion would be to add a couple reefer equipped vehicles to the fleet.

They have the best Manager in Canada. She is the reason that I chose Enterprise. Give her a raise!

Absolutely the worst rental experience.A Dodge Ram 1500 that was brought back from a fleet return, so I was told, the seats were filthy and smelled like someone was sleeping in it for the 58000 kilometers that were on it without every washing.We returned the vehicle and they were more than happy to provide another vehicle however we were accused of putting a dent in the returned vehicle. Suggesting I check with my team to see if someone dented it when I was the person in possession of the vehicle. They suggested it was hit by a door of a of a larger vehicle. The vehicle was parked in my home driveway and at work where no other vehicle could park next to it. The pre inspection was completed with me and an enterprise rep who circled the vehicle in about 20 seconds and said it was all good. They missed this when it was returned from previous rental and now trying to have someone else pay for the small dent that was noticed only by seeing a reflection while looking close against the truck.I suggest you find another facility to rent from because this one is bad.

By far the best rental company in St. John's and surrounding area.They have a great staff, and excellent customer service.
