Feb. 2021This company was the only one that gave us personalized service and showed an interest in our project. We met with Dan, the owner. He was professional, accomodating, and knowledgeable. He had a variety of samples and explained what the job entailed. We immediately felt, this was the company we wanted. We were very very pleased with Dan's work and would not hesitate to use his services again. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Dan.

We were in a time crunch to remove a heavy concrete countertop that was too awkward to manoeuvre. Dan was super quick to respond and came by within a few days with his team and easily got our counter removed and disposed of for us. They even took an extra piece away for us without hesitation. Even though they did not install anything for us I would highly recommend for their work ethic alone, which goes a long way these days. Thanks Dan!

My wife and I are in the end stages of taking on a massive renovation of our first single family detached home and we hired Okanagan Granite and Stone to supply and install our counters for our kitchen and new master bathroom.We dealt with Dan, the owner, met him from walking in while we were shopping around. Dan is super personable and knowledgeable, after listening to us to figure out what direction we were working in, he put us onto a few options, which we loved right away. We even had a few laughs throughout the process, believe it or not, the whole experience was actually fun and educational.Fast forward to delivery and install time: Dan communicated with us very clearly concerning templating, lead times and delivery/install ETA's. On delivery/install day, he had a crew of guys show up to get the material unloaded and placed very efficiently. They took extra care not to damage anything while moving the stone into place.Dan put in a shift and stayed late to make sure everything was installed just right, including sinks.There's no other stone supplier in town that would get my business other than Okanagan Granite and Stone and I highly recommend using them if you're in the market for countertops or any other stone product in their offering range. Dan's a local Kelowna guy who gets the job done and is very easy to deal with. Dan is extremely knowledgable and listens carefully to your questions. The best thing about working with this company is that the person who estimates, measures and helps you choose your stone is the person who installs it. There is no room for miscommunication or sloppy third party work. Dan obviously loves what he does and I was extremely happy with the result. We will be calling on him to do our next renovations, no question.

We love our counter-tops. Dan cares and is very meticulous in the preparation and measurement of the installation. His workmanship is excellent. He was very patient and helpful as we selected our counter-top. You can see that he has pride in his work. We highly recommend Dan.
