Just bought a chair from them. Their service is excellent and they really do know their stuff. Their ergonomic products are excellent for good posture. Although I am not a kid, their chair fit me perfectly and supported my back where I need it to. I've always had back pains and was never able to find a chair that supports me where I need it to. It is a little pricey but it's a lifetime investment and health is very important! Highly recommend

They don't answer phones, reply to emails or answer Facebook posts. Drive a long way to take a look. Store says open but being used as a classroom. Staff spoke little English, were no help and quite rude. Utter waste of time. Recommend looking elsewhere. From the brief view I got, the desks looked very nice though.
