The staff was helpful in terms of machine knowledge and very friendly. This place didn't have a range of selection of supplies, a lot of stuff was sold out or they didn't carry any. But for most basic needs!

Awful. First time here … I walked in and as I asked for help by front reception I was completely ignored by a lady named Linsey after going through some aisles I was greeted by this lovely polite lady named soula told me if I needed any help I could ask her. I walked back up to front desk to ask this Linsey for help creating an account as this was my first time, was very in polite unprofessional and told me soula could help me. Very disappointed.

I've been shopping at this store for years. They carry lots of brands we like. If you don't see something you need on the shelf just ask and most likely they have it in the back. The ladies working there are all nice but I especially like the lady working at the desk at the back of the store(sorry, I don't know her name) . She is really knowledgeable and helpful. I like dealing with her, she is fast and officiant. Good place to get spa supplies.

Don”t buy from them! My daughter placed an online order 2 months ago and it was never received. She called one month ago and they said they were going to reimburse the money and money was never deposited back. We’ve been trying to contact them and they don’t answer the phone.We will contact the Consumer Protection Office, Better Business Bureau and Ripoff Report.
