Amazing Old School Gym, with everything you need. The owners are conscious and awake, makes you feel at home. Highly recommend making it apart of things to do in Hope.

Has everything you need for bodybuilding & powerlifting. Tons of plate loaded machines & pulley/cable system machines. Overall great place!

Nothing fancy but better than you think. Older equipment but higher end. Some Hammer strength which is my preference. Everything is tightly packed in there with limited room but still enough room to get in there and get a great workout in.

It does the trick, but it’s basically a glorified garage gym that charges the same rate as luxury fitness gyms.

Finally a real Gym, old school equipment, 24hrs, great atmosphere, work outs are a bonus using this facility.
