The technician James who installed my furnace is very professional and responsible. He had excellent skills, extremely attention to detail, did a very clean job! The sales person Sam quoted me the lowest price out of more than 10 companies that I called. Great customer service! Overall, I‘m very happy about my purchase.

Tracy was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She presented us with a few different options to replace our dead furnace and helped us find an eco-friendly solution that fit our budget. It was obvious choice to go with him as he had all the answers to the questions I had . We went over the recommendation to make sure we have correct model and size as well confining available inventory.I am very satisfied so far with furnace especially with the superior installers Hans and Hoa, Perfect Team, well organized, professional, superior workmanship (I know of one when I see one), very detailed and precised, understanding customer and accommodating, I am running out of words for praise the the installers. They informed us all the way about their work as well doing their superior work, not a spectacle of garbage left behind...The furnace was installed as promised and installed on promised timeHIGHLY RECOMENDED COMPANY

We had our old furnace, oil tank and water heater replaced with a new furnace and water heater. The renovation process took two days. The company was very responsive and showed up on time. Their prices were reasonable. I would recommend Eco Star Home Services.

Eco Star Homer Services is customer oriented and provide flexible solutions in the best interest of the customer. They never tried to upsell or introduce hidden charges. Very honest and trustworthy. I was looking for a heat pump installation, and my friend recommended Sam，who patiently explained the Gov‘s rebate process and how to use the heat pump.My friend and I decided to install it together, and the company gave us a good price.I had professional installation all day, pleasant chat, patience and responsibility, and helped me debug all the equipment to perfection.I was very satisfied with the quiet efficiency equipment.Oh, and they gave me a brand new ecobee wifi thermostat for free. Hope to get the rebate cheque soon.

I called this company for service as my air conditioner was still under warranty.Once they noticed that I was intentionally trying to claim the warranty, the person who answered the phone sounded like she didn't know what to do and said they would get a technician to call me back. Since no one called me, I called them again the next day. Another person answered the phone and said I just need to change the air filter as this is a common problem when the air conditioner isn't cold. I did that and the air conditioner didn't improve anything.I called them the next morning and got the same answer saying they would send a technician to call me. This back and forth communication dragged on for several days, and finally made an appointment two days later, from 2:00 to 6:00 in the afternoon. That day, I waited until 5:25pm and no one showed up, so I called the office again and asked if a technician would come as I was leaving.At 6:00pm the technician came in and took about 10 minutes to check. He then quickly wrote me a bill for an inspection service fee of $80 plus tax and hadn't done any repair work. He said the refrigerant was empty. And I had to pay another $500 for a further inspection service to find out where the leak was. If he doesn't find the leak by then, I'll still have to pay the $500.I think the 10 year warranty offer is just a gimmick to get you to buy from them. But they can't ignore you when you try to claim a warranty, so they charge this ridiculous service fee. Who wants to pay $500 even if the leak can't be found? This will eventually void your warranty.On the other hand, asking for $500 without guaranteeing results means that the technician wants to guarantee his compensation, but I have no way and no right to judge his knowledge. Regardless of the outcome, I have to risk $500. Maybe the tech needs to split the $500 with the company. I don't know what is the reason behind it.Another problem with this company is when I purchased the AC they promised a $400 mail in rebate for the AC, which I never received.I think they are just retailers of AC units and outsource it to other contractors for installation and maintenance.Please be aware that this company is not honest about everything.I am writing this just to share my experience, if you want to use this company, you need to do so at your own risk, better think twice, think logically if you have that much trouble and difficulty booking a service. I believe that we can definitely find other honest and reasonable companies in the market.

We contacted ECO Star to upgrade our furnace and AC unit. We had the pleasure of working with Joseph Chan. He was amazing to work with. He was patient, attentive, knowledgeable and most importantly, he was professional. Joseph spent a lot of time analyzing our situation in our limited space. Even service after the was top in the industry where Joseph came to even help us apply for the Greener House Rebate and ensured we got a $5600 rebate. Very pleased with their services and will definitely recommend them to others.

Andy was super helpful in answering all my questions, providing honest suggestions and advice, and was able to asap set up the installation YORK 100,000BTU FURNACE TM9V along with rebate of $150USD homeowner rebate + $300 CAD MASTERCARD REBATE until DEC 31 2022 . Andy team were both professional and cleaned up everything after they were finished. HAD issues with the thermostat called late at 10 still able to answer my call. So far it's been my first day and everything works smoothly.
