I met Marina 14 years ago when beginning the immigration process to Canada. I was about to marry a Canadian, my second marriage, and felt overwhelmed by the prospect of immigrating. Marina was amazing. I cannot speak highly enough of the personal attention detail she gave to both myself and my now Canadian husband. Marina is very personable in her approach, but extremely professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I had reason to contact her recently for some advice. Sedai Law Office was very helpful and professional when I reached out to them for immigration process advice in regards to PG Sponsorship. Audrey Chen, who is an articling student did a half hour consultation with me and she was very knowledgeable, reassuring and empathetic and her information actually helped me move the sponsorship process forward. I was dealing with a break in communication and road block with IRCC and was feeling overwhelmed and lost hope that my mom would receive her PR after I had worked for 7 years on the sponsorship process and Audrey was able to give me hope back and advise me what to do next in order to strenghten my case.And it worked, within 4 months my Mom's PR was approved!I am very thankful to Sedai Law Office and Audrey and Marina and would highly recommend to anyone needing immigration advice!

Highly recommended! Sedai has great lawyers and fantastic support staff who are very knowledgable and quickly responsive. I thought I could maybe navigate the immigration process on my own; I'm very capable. However, I'm glad I went with an immigration lawyer because the process is arcane and the immigration forms often have poorly written instructions. An added bonus is that my permanent residence process completed MUCH more quickly than the official estimates, and I attribute that to the fact that I went with Sedai. IRCC seems to know that Sedai knows what it's doing, and treats their submissions as such. Don't go it alone is my advice! Go with Sedai.
