Terrible service department. Been Dealing with AXYZ since 2008 and this past year has been horrible for service. Paid for a preventative maintenance and had my spindle blown up by a rookie tech. Rest of the year was riddled with down time due to things being missed in the preventative maintenance inspection. Technicians have little to no experience, are unprofessional and don't know how to perform repairs properly.I've been billed for parts that were never shipped. Had to have technicians come to site multiple times for the same repair, including today.Just awful service.....Done giving them anymore chances.

BEWARE. If you purchase their equipment, they WILL charge you for what they will call a service call, even if they are for sales calls to purchase new upgrades for your machine. That charge does NOT go towards the purchase of product upgrades, I have NEVER had this happen with any other business.... When the time comes to replace the AXYZ machine, we will be looking at a different company.I would give them a half star if that was an option. Shaking down customers coming in the door is not a good way to do business.....
