I visited this location for an eye exam with Dr.Hanna. All the staff were very friendly and patient. Dr.Hanna was very thorough in my exam and the receptionist, Rada, was amazing as well. I never had such an easy experience getting my eyes tested as I did here. Highly recommend Vogue Optical for eye exams and all your optical needs!

He has not only the best sense of fashion I know of but also extremely professional! He is a genius in his craft. I was not interested in going to the store at first but I told him to take care of my wife and mother. He did such a good job that after they purchased their own glasses I was impressed and purchased two awesome TOM FORD pairs! Optician Kunal is the best there is in the business!

Both Kunal, the optician, and Karen, manager, were extremely helpful to me in choosing and adjusting my frames. In addition to being experts in their field, they are warm and personable. Five years ago, I had tried to purchase glasses from iVision Oakville Place. The customer service was terrible, and my new glasses had scratches on the lens. The on-going process of trying to correct the problem was unnecessary, and lengthy. It took over a month, and the replacement lens continued to be damaged. I was fed up, frustrated, and walked away from the store, without a new pair of glasses, or confidence in the company.Two years ago, I decided to try again, as the name of the company had changed. I expressed apprehension, and nervousness regarding my previous experience with the company, and was concerned they had not changed. Kunal Saini (Licensed Optician), reassured and guaranteed me satisfaction. Within the week, I had two new pairs of glasses, without any problems. The customer service, professionalism, and expertise that I received from Kunal Saini, and his staff, was exceptional. I purchased 2 pairs of glasses a few weeks ago from Vogue Optical in Oakville Place and had a great experience. The manager Karen was friendly, knowledgeable and helped me pick out 2 pairs that I love! Everything from the moment I walked in until the completion of the sale was handled professionally. Amazing service. Great selection of designer frames. My brother and I took advantage of their 2 for 1 deal and I'm so happy with what I got. In less than an hour I walked out with a beautiful pair of Michael Kors glasses.
