Universal Décor

I am truly surprised to see anything less than 5 stars for Universal decor. The decor is exceptional no matter what your budget and the service is fantastic. The girls are so creative, personable and most of all SO PROFESSIONAL which is a tough find when it comes to East Indian vendors. They are true to their word and contract. Negative online reviews are so deceiving no matter what the service so be sure to book a consultation before you make your decision.My sisters wedding was intimate, a small dreamy set up and exactly how she envisioned it thanks to Universal. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone.

We've hired Universal Decor on several occasions - my brother's wedding, my sister's engagement, and my parent's anniversary party. For all events, Universal Decor listened to our ideas and executed them beautifully! They have always provided my family with outstanding service, which is why we have continued to hire them for our events. They have always been accommodating and gone above and beyond to make my family happy. It was a pleasure working with Universal Decor! They are truly artists in their field!

Worst experience with a vendor yet. Held our deposit for $6000 for 2 years and the date was set for after Covid reception.She procrastinated until the last month and when you want to follow up or change anything she speaks rudely as she did to my father with such disrespect and called him old and stormed off. $33k total spent and half of the stuff was not included as she promised because she waited such last minute.she waited last minute for chairs and got busted chairs and tables and stage couch was just flat out embarrassing And she made me pay 13k for the Hyatt ceiling even though she reused it for the following 2 days for 2 other events. I have never been ripped off like this but the disrespect continues she told our guests that we didn’t pay enough which is crazy I told her I would pay what she wants and 40k later she is still saying to our own guests and other vendors that we didn’t pay her enough? Completely classless. Sorry but they fell off after some personal issues that she is going through clearly and is taking it out on everyone as well as letting her business service suffer too don’t get her for decorations unless you want to be ignored for months and months then get a surprise call 3 weeks out from your party and have to hear her excuses of why she was busy. Business is business and the professionalism is just not there

Best in the business, without a doubt. We worked with Anum & Duri to create not one but two amazing events in 2018. We first worked on our outdoor engagement which had guests in shock as they walked into our backyard. And to think it was all booked and executed in a month's time. They are very responsive and always ensure they match what your vision is. Our next event was our reception which had over 1000 guests attend. The venue was unrecognizable. The only thing I had in mind was a color and with that they put the entire reception together and surpassed anything we could of every imagined. We still have family who attended the reception asking for pictures for inspiration and their contact information. Probably the easiest vendor i worked with when planning my wedding.

The Sisters at Universal Decor are exceptional. They are always professional and polite. Not only do they create breathtaking work but an experience that people will remember forever. My friends and family have had the pleasure of working with the Khan sisters for years now. These ladies go above and beyond and their passion for decor truly shows in their custom work. They are always ahead of the game, on top of trends and really know how to bring a vision to life bigger and better than you could have ever even imagined. These ladies have always gone the extra mile for all of our events and we could never be more thankful.

Universal Decor is AMAZING, and by far the best in the business. My family and friends have hired them for various events and have never been disappointed. They are incredibly professional and deliver high quality and unique decor. Sitting down with them is always a pleasure!I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! The best of the best in the industry. I've had the pleasure of working with these ladies for multiple events over the years and their hard work and work ethic has always blown me away. Their decor is outstanding and speaks for itself. Not to mention, how respectful and kind they are. Having known the team at Universal Decor for years, and having had the pleasure of seeing their unique vision unfold at my sister's wedding this past year, I can honestly say they're the best in the business. Extremely easy to deal with and always going above and beyond, Anum and Duri made for some of the most beautiful events I have ever attended. Other vendors may try and replicate what they do, but they will have a tough time even coming close. They have secured myself, my family, and friends as clients for all future events.
