We spent the night at the Motel next door on our way to Fort St.John and woke up to one of the coldest days on record. Our truck barely started, our son's car wouldn't. The truck had error codes that worried us for our travel. The awesome friendly guy scanned the truck to diagnose the issue and determined that the truck was fine . He offered to help out with getting the car started but thankfully after plugging in to a nearby business for 45 minutes it started and we were on our way. He wouldn't even charge us for the help. Great service. Thanks

I dont know how people can give these guys 5 stars. Been calling since last week BEFORE the snowstorm that our road, which is a school bus route, needs to be properly plowed as they came down and made 1 lane. Now we have 1.5 ft of snow in the middle of the road and 3+ ft on the rest of the road that should have been plowed. Tried to call again and ask what's going on only to be rudely told we'll get there when we get there" and hung up on me."

I used to think the service was good .I have been out on the hwys recently and they are atrocious the closer you get to the city.Clear every where else I have been .So what is happening with the hwys coming in and leaving the city?They are so rough I nearly lost my trailer from. Bouncing so bad.
