Brutal place very bad service. The staff needs proper training I'm surprised they haven't closed it.You are a captive audience so they take advantage of that fact.

The previous reviews made me not know what to expect.I came for a late dinner and was treated very well, the food was quick to come out, and it was a good experience overall. At the end of the day, it is basically a pub version of a Denny’s, so if you go in with that mindset, you will enjoy.

We had exceptional service from the Bar One Restaurant Manager during our stay at the Sandman. Our take-out food was absolutely delicious and she so thoughtfully packaged it for us to take back to our hotel room. The sauces for our meal were even packaged separately so that our food wouldn't get soggy! Little details that show they take pride in their service. We will be back! Thank you for the great service and tasty dinner.

Only one table had two people sitting at it in the Dennys said and me in the bar one. I was seated and then forgot about for 15 minutes. Then ordered my burger and and my waitress went on break. I saw my burger sit under the heat rack for 15 minutes before the manager delivered it to me. I wandered around the corner to see him sittingthere. He asked I f I needed something and I said some ketchup please. Worst service ever even when it was completely dead.

Absolutely appalling service, the manager in this location has no clue. She just stood in the back and did not come to help her staff. Stay away from this place unless you want to be dissaapointed.

Send back deep fried pickle. Horrible. Garlic ribs. Frozen store bought. If their going to use frozen they should buy them from Costco

Very friendly & very helpful service. Food was excellent, especially the French fries, and decently priced as well. Great job!!
