Complete Safety Training

I have done CPR courses in the past, but this course outshines the others. The information is delivered in a clear, concise manner. You will finish this course knowing exactly what you need to know, without having to spend days studying and practicing. The instructor is lovely and makes for a comfortable and engaging learning environment (you will not ever feel embarrassed or put on the spot!). Would highly recommend to healthcare workers and non-healthcare workers alike. 5 stars

Couldn't be happier to have completed my first aid with James from Complete Safety Training. He was very professional and approached the subjects with confidence and strong knowledge. Excellent First Aid Course. Very informative. James was professional, yet kind and funny so the course was also a lot of fun. Hi James! Thanks for the first aid refresher course. I learned a lot and was reminded of a lot. You covered the material at a good pace, we got to practice some important skills, you always had time to answer questions, you were knowledgeable about the subject. You used a lot of humour which kept it entertaining and you asked us lots of questions which made it very interactive. Thanks so much!

James Whitehead is an amazing instructor. He gave us real life scenarios. He made us feel really comfortable. He's really personable. I feel like I learned a lot.

James did a wonderful job teaching this class. He was friendly and fun. He was very thorough and included extra information and details but still kept it engaging and moved through it at a good pace. I have taken a few first aid classes throughout the years but this was the best one. I actually preferred the online modules to the in person classes that I did pre covid. James clearly has a passion for teaching and for first aid.My only complaint is that there were some technical difficulties and it was tricky joining for myself and several others. Thanks to James for helping with the technical problems and waiting for us all to be successfully in the meeting before beginning to teach.

The videos and tests were put together, well which made the course easy to navigate. The Zoom session was friendly and informative and we received up-to-date information. I recommend this organization.

Completing Standard First Aid CPR C online was by far the best first aid course I have ever taken. It was so nice completing it at home, in a relaxed environment, at my own pace. I hope the online course remains an option always! Huge shout out to James... he made the live assessment section very detailed with examples yet kept it very entertaining - awesome job!
