Shalynn J. had so much patience, enthusiasm, and ensured high quality customer service. I experienced switching phones without any problems and received genuine customer support. I went to this location 3 times to sort out my new phone plan, and every visit was a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend this location.

The staff at Tom Harris Banks centre was amazing! There was an issue with my billing through Telus and Shalynn went over and above my expectations to correct it. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, I will definitely be bringing my business back in the future.

Logan in sales just saved the day. Never been a customer of the store, but my SIM card crashed, and without hesitation Logan stepped up to get me sorted, calling help lines, trouble shooting and finally getting me sorted. What an example of fantastic customer service, Thank You Logan

Stopped in 4 weeks ago while on vacation in Kelowna. I was having a major problem with my account as I had been hacked and charged for cell phones I had not received. Shalynn went out of her way to help me resolve the problem even though I was probably not going to purchase a phone that day. If I lived in Kelowna, Shalynn would be my go to person for all my mobility needs.

This location spent 3 hours trying to upgrade my phone and renew my plan (corporate) and had “error messages” they were dealing with. I was communicating with them the following day and the issues were not fixed. Instead I went to the Telus store on Springfield and had a new plan and phone-with more selection of iPhones-within an hour! I would suggest going anywhere other than this location.

Shaylyn, the person that assisted me with my concerns is an absolute delight. She very cheerfully played detective until she found the information we required to resolve my issues.She is very knowledgeable and explains everything , making certain I understood what she was describing.Just to be clear, this was the Telus Koodoshop next door to Knifes Edge.I have had my what is sometimes referred to as a *dumb phone* with Koodo for 7 years . Although getting assistance has not always gone smoothly over the years,I have always had positive conclusions.
