Getting real tired of this clinic.. Your time is absolutely worthless here. Why are we still even doing phone call appointments, covid isn't going anywhere so get used to it people. I had an appointment and I wasn't contacted til 1.5hrs after it was scheduled for. Show a little professionalism and honour appointemts or don't overbook yourself! Good luck. (The 3 stars are purely for the help I've received when I've managed to meet with my Dr)

Out of evry clinic or doctor's office that I've been to this place has been the most kind, most efficient and most professional.I don't understand people complaints about waiting a extra 30 min, that's extremely common at any place. The previous appointment before yours could be an estimated 30 minutes but due to other circumstances turned into 45.Dr. Bharj is great. Great communication, easy to talk to and honest.

I have been abandoned by two physicians and this clinic now. My first doctor left and passed me off to another doctor of this clinic. I met with the new doctor as required for a ‘meet and greet’ appointment. Basically, just for billing as I was already a patient of this clinic. It had been a year since this ‘meet and greet’ and I called to make an appointment for a health issue. I was told that the second doctor I had left the clinic six months previously. The clinic has told me that I need to go somewhere else because they are not taking ‘new patients’. I didn’t realize after coming to this clinic for three years I was a ‘new patient’. So, six months previously when I didn’t need a doctor, I wasn’t told mine had left. When I was calling for an appointment and need a doctor, I was abandoned by this clinic.

My daughter & I left our doctor of 18yrs to come to this clinic, as we were initially impressed with the service. Not so any more. My new doctor left, without anyone contacting me. Wouldn't even give met time to find a new one, or refill Rx. Told me to go to a walk-in-clinic and find a new doctor. Just horrible treatment of patients.

I never been to unorganized family care clinic. My doctor didn't know how to treat my son when he had eczema, it always seems like a guessing game with our doctor. Not to mention Always Forgets to send out our prescription out to be filled. I need to find a New Family Doctor

Very disappointing service from this location. I had been a long time client of Dr Dandekar but had not seen him in a few years because I've been healthy. When I called for an appointment to get a check up, they would not take me as a patient...basically patient abandonment and being penalized for being in good health. Very disappointing service. Don't go here.

The doctors are very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The front desk staff though are a little rude. I went to see Dr. Masumi Dandekar for my own check up. She was very helpful as always. Before I left the clinic I talked to the receptionist and made an appointment for my 11 month old daughter to have her vaccines administered at her 12th month. She’s in their system as we’ve been to the clinic several times before for her routine checkups. Receptionist booked and confirmed the appointment with me. When I went to the clinic with my daughter for her vaccines two weeks later, I was told that the appointment booked for that day is for me and not for my baby. I said, no that’s is wrong. It’s for her 12th month vaccine. The receptionist then told told me why would they have my name instead of my daughter in their system if I booked for her. I answered I do not know. I spoke to one the receptionists in person the last time I was here and booked the appointment for her. In the end they were able to sort it out and give my baby her vaccines. This isn’t the only time I had a terrible experience with the front desk. But again, I am thankful and happy with the doctors as they are very good at what they do.

I had an excellent experience here. Doctors are calm, friendly and knowledgeable. They heard all my concerns and helped me with my baby.Booking appointments is so easy with nice staff.

Appointments cancelled last minute, impossible to get through, huge wait times, and just general chaos and frustration trying to connect with anyone or follow-up or actually get in the door. Doctors are great but I've never gone through more stress and disorganization when it comes to trying to get/keep/take an appointment.

Just as others have put in their reviews. Was seen by a Dr few years ago. Have been fine otherwise. Called today to see if I could be seen and was told they only see their patients. I then explained I did see a Dr there and was even referred by this Dr to see a E.N.T. They never even asked my name and was completely disregarded. They should change their message to state they only see THEIR REGULAR patients and that they will not take calls from anyone else. I work in medical and this treatment was beyond ridiculous. Never even asked for a name or MHSC info.
