It was a lovely experience. Although its a small place. But very calm and peaceful. The wave current is not that strong thus little children can easily play here in shlow waters with little to no no risk. The beach is not sandy there are more rocks and pebbles. But one can enjoy searching for beach glass, you can find little pieces there.

The transformation down there has been wonderful. Still could use some cleaning up and a nice boardwalk. The playground is fantastic and the parking lots has been cleaned up well. The portajohns were gross and didnt look like they had been cleaned In sometime

Indian beach was medium busy. This is also another wonderland for sea/beach glass lovers. It was very near to Maritime Ferry Nova Scotia to Newfoundland. Water was pretty clean. Kids playing area and washroom facilities were available. It was also nice and clean.

Mostly rocky beach with little sand. Seaweed growing in the water. Shallow area to swim if you don't mind the seaweed and rocks (I didn't go in but quite a few people seem to be enjoying it). Further out it gets shallower, then deeper again. No shade. There is a playground for the children and places to sit. No washroom except for a pot-a-potty. Plenty of parking. Nice views of the harbour and shore line opposite.

Nice park, playground, picnic tables,beautiful ocean view, watch the ferries coming and going. What’s missing is bathrooms, despite the sign and the website saying there were some, sad to see kids peeing in the grass !!!

Indian beach is a well maintained beach. There is a nice play area. In the summer on Saturday evenings there is live entertainment. If you are into beach glass hunting you'll be in luck.

Cant swim here anymore. Haven't for years. Nice to walk and pick sea glass. If you don't mind used toilet paper floating around in front of you. This is the place to be.

Smaller beach but still very nice. Lots of benches and tables for having a picnic. Very well.kept playground for the kids.
