Very friendly staff and exceptionally knowledgeable on all types of watercraft..I believe they specialize in Volvo but dove right into my mercruiser will no issues..highly recommend!

After months of trying to get Volvo service from the Volvo service dealer in Charlevoix I contacted Steve at Viking boat Harbor. He quickly responded to my request and performed the needed service. I referred him to a neighbor who was purchasing a boat and Steve quickly diagnosed an alternator failure and saved him thousands on the purchase. This is a quality family enterprise.
