This is really the best sushi in Winnpeg, good prices, such a good service, very cozy resturant, everything is so delicious! I usually go there at least once a month and always happy with them. Would recommend for sure!

This place is amazing! The food is super fresh and there are a lot of options in the menu! The service is great too. I highly recomment the assorted sashimis and the sushi rolls!

It had been over a year since I last ate here. They have made some really nice changes since then. They got some new chairs, which are very comfortable! The food was amazing! I think they have made some good improvements here. The presentation of the food is really nice, the portions are good, and it is reasonably priced. Some sushi places feel quite expensive for what you get, but you can get a nice selection of sushi for a good price. Service was also really good. Overall a really good experience with a nice, relaxing environment inside. Highly recommend.

This place is a hidden gem. Everything is fresh and delicious. I will definetly come back for more! I recommend the fire sake and poseidon roll.

Sushi itself was meh , it’s a slight step above buying from sobeys. I woke up in the middle of the night feeling so dehydrated/ hungover even though I didn’t drink . I can only assume it’s from the mass salt they used in the rolls .Everyone do yourself a favour and just go to and order from sushi n, 2 blocks further on st Anne’s. They were closed for a family event this weekend, which is what we tried the sushi ai .which I might add was more money, smaller fish portion and lesser quality.Would not recommendGo to sushi n

It’s seems like the ownership been changed. We went there for over $100 sushi pick up for a dinner, it was just bad quality and it’s over priced for sure. I was there with the time but waited inside for over 10 mins and the food was bad. The salmon and tuna are very fishy just don’t taste fresh. The presentation and quality of the food is just so poorly made. The amount of salmon or tuna you got inside your sushi is very tiny and small just like for decoration purposes only. I won’t return and won’t suggest anyone go there anymore for poor quality sushi there.

One of our favourite go to sushi places in Winnipeg! Definitely bang for your buck in terms of quality and price, this place never disappoints and is always consistently good.Visited Saturday for lunch, started off with shrimp tempura which is your average tempura nothing exceptional or bad about it, then had tuna and salmon sashimi which was good but would have preferred larger cuts of fish, then we had some fatty tuna, red tuna, salmon, fatty salmon and unagi nigiri which were all very good! They make very good sushi rice.To finish things off we had a Maple roll which was good but the mango on it was a bit too tart for my taste. Overall Sushi Ai never fails to satisfy our sushi itch.

It's the best sushi restaurant I have ever eaten in Winnipeg. Fresh sashimi sushi and good atmosphere and reasonable price. I always have a family gathering and birthday party there. Amazinggggg.

Easily one of the WORST sushi places I've been to in all of Winnipeg, and I've been to more than 10. I swear to God I genuinely felt like throwing up.Rolls had: Dragon, Rainbow, Maple, Lobster, and Spicy Salmon.Every single one of them are rolls that are very delicious at other places, but at this place they are disgusting.
